On my first few days in Aspen (and Snowmass), I haven't been impressed with the restaurants (so far!). Granted, this isn't a restaurant, but I was quite impressed with this coffee bar... First of all, the place itself has a great ambiance, with a spacious layout, great artwork, comfy lounge chairs, good overhead music, etc. etc. I ordered their hot Matcha Latte...and it was ready within 3 minutes, with good Latte art as well. It was mildly sweet, but had a rich, honey-like taste to it...and a nice amount of Matcha flavor. Loved it!! If I lived here, I can definitely see myself returning often.

This spot is absolutely gorgeous! The interior is exactly how I would want to decorate my home..one day, haha! The staff were very friendly. The coffee is served in very cute reusable containers and very good. The croissant was amazing but I would suggest sharing it as it is super sweet. It's a small spot so there isn't a ton of seating but if you are able to snag a table and enjoy your treats you'll be very glad you did! The only reason for my four stars is it is on the pricey side but hey! That's Aspen for ya!

This coffee shop is attached to the Hotel Jerome so you know it's a little fancy and pricey. My latte was $7, which is only $1 more than I normally pay in Los Angeles. Needing a little something to eat, I had the avocado toast which was quite good, put a pricey $20. The coffee shop is comfortable and bright with big windows facing Main Street.

Stopped by this coffee shop with a couple friends on our weekend trip. This was the highest rated coffee shop in the town and I have seen it all over TikTok so I decided to give it a try. There are not many coffee shops in the area either. The coffee is just alright, definitely nothing special and pretty watered down in taste. I enjoyed my drink more than my friends, but it was just below average. We ordered a hot chocolate as well and even that was made poorly. The drinks and food are more on the expensive side, but that was not a problem for us. Ambience is cute and aesthetic, but that's about it. We were definitely expecting more. The service was good though. The cashier/barista was sweet and accommodating, though my drink was made wrong initially. Probably would not come back, but I'm glad we tried it once.

Fancy Fancy. First time in Aspen and we need to kill some time in the morning so we popped in for a Chai and coffee and ended up trying breakfast. The Avo Toast is superb !!! Probably the most artisan toast I've ever had. Staff was friendly. Even the hotel bathroom was fancy.

Super cute cafe attached to the Jerome but also has an exterior entrance from the street. Right on the corner so street parking shouldn't be too difficult. The pastries are not only gorgeous but also delicious. And ginormous!! I'm not even one who usually eats pastries much less a massive chocolate one but wow I'm so glad I ordered the Swiss chocolate croissant-- it's perfectly flaky on the outside and soft and rich in the inside. Really the perfect bite over and over again. Their coffee is good, I got an oat latte and enjoyed it (but it's also kind of hard to f up an oat latte). I know their coffee is their main thing but I can't say it was life changing. L the place itself is an absolute dream with feminine decor and decadent details. The staff is super friendly and everything came out quickly. I also appreciate the fact that they had dog bowls so not only is it dog friendly but also they have water bowls for your furry pals. Absolutely recommend for dining in or takeout. I will be back and can't wait to try the hickory smoked s'mores latte.

Quite expensive but so is the rent in Aspen... I had an oat milk cappuccino the other day (asked for soy but they don't carry it) and it was very tasty. The interior is very old timely, something out of late 1800s Americana.

Beautiful coffee shop located adjacent to Hotel Jerome. If you're looking for a quiet hang out place with relaxing atmosphere, this is it. However, be ready to spend an arm and a leg at this place - our bill was almost $70 for a matcha, cortado, toast, and a pastry -- Were they delicious? Yes. But can I justify doing this all the time? Questionable... It's definitely an experience though; and I think if you stick to the basic drinks, the upcharge may not be too much.

A very cozy and eclectic coffee shop with good coffee and a delicious avocado toast. Great place for coffee or breakfast with a friend!

What can I say? Felix is top-notch. It is located at Hotel Jerome in a lovely, historic room off the lobby. Lattes come out perfectly, the coffee is superb.. they have alternative milks. And bakery! Even gluten free bakery! As far as I'm concerned, Felix is the only craft coffee spot in Aspen. It's all you need. There is a location or two in New York, as well. Enjoy!

Iced Vanilla Matcha and Chocolate Espresso Crossaint

Iced vanilla matcha and espresso croissant. I was very surprised with the matcha and how good it was compared to other places i've tried. All pasties are made in house and the croissant was great!

Overpriced but amazing ! Got the mocha. Definitely come in with time on your hand so you can enjoy the ambience.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but the matcha was probably the worst matcha I've ever had. It was straight milk and cost $10.

A woman I met on the plane from Denver told me this was one of her two favorite places in town, so naturally I had to find it. As I was walking over, a complete stranger struck up a conversation, and being friendly, I chatted with him along the way. Before I knew it he was telling me he wanted to come eat with me, and I could not get my "No" out fast enough. I quickly realized he was under the influence, dealing with a mental health issue, or both and I wasn't sure how to free myself from him. I didn't even know his name. Once we sat down, I excused myself to the bathroom so I could tell the staff I had no idea who he was, or whether he intended to pay or expected me to. I'm not writing this to demonize the poor man, who at the end of the day was clearly pulling on some unconscious compassion. I'm writing it to thank the staff. Everyone was so kind, asking if I was okay, assuring me they'd split the check, and I think one of them even offered to walk me out the back if I wanted an escape route. We made it through dinner, he paid for himself, and I figured out how to shake him loose afterward. I'm so grateful for all the checking in you did throughout the evening, and for helping me not overreact. I'd wanted an app, a salad, a dessert. I also needed to get out of there. The bread was super yum, the Bolognese was decadent, and the Tuscan Chardonnay was gorgeous. I'll recommend this place to everyone. Sorry for bringing drama into your establishment. I'm sure a Michelin-adjacent restaurant doesn't need that on a Sunday. Thanks again for the great food and the great, above-and-beyond service.

Our experience at Meat & Cheese in Aspen was disappointing from beginning to end…read more To start with, the food was mediocre in every sense. The quality did not justify the prices, the flavors were forgettable, and nothing we ordered stood out. Unfortunately, what happened afterward was far worse. My wife accidentally left behind a shopping bag containing a brand new pair of sunglasses she had purchased earlier that day. When she returned to retrieve them, our interaction with a server named Carson was deeply disappointing. Instead of simply confirming ownership in a courteous and professional manner, Carson repeatedly questioned whether the sunglasses were actually hers. He kept emphasizing that they were brand new and worth around $600, making it clear that he found it difficult to believe they belonged to her. It was impossible not to feel that she was being judged based solely on her appearance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with verifying ownership of a valuable item. In fact, we appreciate businesses that take lost property seriously. What is unacceptable is allowing assumptions and stereotypes to influence how customers are treated. One lesson worth remembering is that genuine elegance and long established wealth rarely need to announce themselves. Those who have had the privilege of success across generations often feel no need to advertise it with designer logos or outward displays. True class is reflected in education, humility, confidence, and, above all, in the way people treat others. Ironically, Carson's assumptions said far more about his own judgment than they did about my wife. No customer should ever be made to feel that they need to "look wealthy" in order to be treated with respect. We hope management addresses this issue seriously. The mediocre food was forgettable. Being judged and treated with prejudice is not. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and dignity, regardless of how they are dressed or what assumptions someone chooses to make about them.
