Overall service - beyond expected. Driver and car - courteous impeccably clean. Dispatch - very good. Cost - lower than other limo services to Midway from the far south side. I've used limo services for getting to both Midway and O'Hare for 25+ years. By far this was the best. Since moving to the far south side of Chicago from the western 'burbs I found there were few services that would come as far south as 130th. After searching for a service I called dispatch, he was courteous knowledgeable and got my reservation in short order. The driver (Travis) arrived 5 minutes early clean and in a late model extremely clean sedan. I had just gotten in the car when I realize I had forgotten something for my trip. He was again, courteous and patient, when it took me an addition ten minutes to find wha I was looking for. I got in the car and he even asked if and what type of music I would like or if I just preferred silence - what limo driver ever has the "customer service" sense to ask that. He knew the best and safest route, and got me to Midway. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. The return pickup was equally as great. I got Travis again - same high level of service; after a long and tough business trip full of airport delays and whiny kids from Disneyland, he made the trip home pleasant and on time. My flight was delayed and I got onto another flight from Orlando. Fellowship made sure to check with me BEFORE I left to make sure of the correct flight and expected arrival time. It even became clear later on that they use the Flight Aware travel app to follow and confirm arrival time, so their drivers don't burn up waiting time at airports freeing them up to service other passengers - brilliant! There were a lot of negative reviews for this business. To set the record straight, Most of them were for a tier 2 "deal of the day" coupon. Often times on business service coupons, people will push and try to exceed the limits of the coupon offer. I suspect that was the case with Fellowship Fleet. As a business owner, I expect service that exceeds my expectations, few businesses know how or can deliver that. Fellowship did and I'd highly recommend them. As to the reviews here for them, believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. Try Fellowship you'll be pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work. read more

I came across Fellowship Fleet during an online day-of-the-deal promotion for half off for limo services. Because I often travel to the airport, I figured it would be nice to have an option of sedan service to go with my girlfriend sometime. But to make sure their rates were ok, I called ahead. The service rep/reservations agent that picked up the line was unintelligble and borderline rude when I was asking for a simple airport pickup/dropoff quote. After 3 minutes of back-and-forth trying to understand her, and have her understand my request for a quote, I got this quote: One-way sedan from Lakeview - O'hare Int'l - $93!! This is exorbitantly high. To give you some perspective, Nightstar Limousine (which I personally use solely for sedan service to O'Hare) is only about $45-48 one way. Make sure to shop online first -- I found Nightstar through a Chicago limo quote website where you enter your location, destination, car requested, and then the companies will review and email you their individual quotes. http://www.uslimodirectory.com/01limo-leads.htm *This directory may be limited, so make sure to contact individual limo sites in Chicago as well. I wish I could give less than one star. This business does not even deserve one. My first experience with them was with a Living Social Voucher. I arranged for pick up to go to Midway for my mother. The driver was 30 min late with no phone call. Luckily I had built in extra time and the driver was nice, so we thought we would give them another shot. I called and arranged for a car for my parents from midway again. I was told that I would receive a call back with the driver name etc. No phone call. The morning of the scheduled pick up (two days later) I called and asked. I was told someone would call me in an hour. No phone call. So an hour before their flight landed I called AGAIN. This time I was told there was no reservation. Seriously?? This company is downright awful. DO NOT USE. read more

I've been a loyal Fellowship Fleet customer for years!! I often refer them to my friends and I even use their service when I have artists travel to Chicago for lectures at The Art Institute. The sedans/limos are always clean and comfortable. And I haven't had any problems with them picking me up on time from my house or form the airport. This is the second time I used this company and I am hooked! The first time I used this company was for a ladies trip downtown Chicago. The driver called to let me know when he arrived. He arrived ten minutes early and told me and the ladies to take our time to come to the car. The driver was very friendly! The second time I used this company was last night for my 30th birthday! We had the same driver from the downtown trip. He arrived on time and did not rush us. I really appreciated him not rushing us since I was five minutes behind schedule. When we got in the car, it was very clean, and the driver was very patient with us. Especially since we had to take our time so we wouldn't fall while walking in our heels. Purchased voucher on LivingSocial. Called for an 8am pick-up (confirmed by FellowshipFleet via e-mail) to catch an international flight at Ohare. When driver didn't show up at 8am, I called. Answering service tracked down the driver and said he was just 5 minutes away, just got stuck in some traffic. At 8:05, I called again. Answering service again said about 5 more minutes. I asked guy on the phone to call the driver to ask for his location. Driver was 5 miles away, in rush hour Friday morning traffic, on local roads. He was definitely at least 20 minutes away, assuming they were telling me the truth (they had lied the first time about 5 minutes away). By 8:20am, I called one last time and driver could not be located. I decided to grab a cab by 8:30am when Driver and Limo were still no-show. After checking-in at the airport, I called FellowshipFleet to ask how they would handle my botched pick-up: do I get a credit? Answering service said I would get a call back. Once on lay-over in NYC, I checked voicemail and hadn't received a call-back. I called FellowshipFleet again, and got the same message (they will call me back). Three weeks later, upon arrival from my trip, I called again. Same deal--they will call me back. They never did. I just called LivingSocial to get a refund on the no-show voucher and one more unused voucher. LS said they would give me a refund. read more

I made a reservation (after 15 minutes of being on hold) for an airport trip for an international flight. The reservation was confirmed and I even called the day-of to confirm again. This abominable company calls me 10 minutes before my pickup to tell me that the driver was stuck in traffic and would be 30 minutes to an hour late!!!!! I obviously had to cancel. Then I had to drag my two suitcases through the streets in 85 degrees to find a cab. Thank goodness I found one or I'd be doing more than yelping these jerks! read more

Awful!! Booked them with a living social voucher I purchased. The initial phone call was a bit strange which should have been a warning. When i called to inquire about a date and time they said they "might be available. Who's calling?" I'm not sure why my name mattered with respect to their availability. Anyways...I was able to book. My flight was delayed the day of my booking and when I called to postpone my pickup, they told me they could not pick me up. When I asked why they don't honor a reservation due to flight changes, their response was "we do if a flight is delayed." huh?! Isn't that what I just said? Then he tells me that he can't because he has no driver. Thanks so much for leaving me stranded at the airport after an awful travel day of delays and missed connections. Just called to book my living social deal for a sedan ride to the airport. First of all, there are hidden fees... $12 in tax, what?? and $10 fee because my pick up time was going to be at 4am... which he failed to tell me until the very end. so this puts me at about $61 to get a ride to Midway.... I told the guy to cancel the reservation once he mentioned that additional $10 fee because my pickup time was before 5am. I can easily take a cab for $40 total including tip at that time in the morning. The real reason i'm writing this review is because of the guy on the other end of the phone. He was totally rude and laughed when I said I wanted to cancel. He also told me that most people don't take cabs that early because they don't want to wake up that early, somehow this justifies the additional $10 fee. Totally lame. Hey guy, hope you read this.... you have shitty phone etiquette and you totally turned me off to your company. Wish I would have never bought a voucher, def will never again. read more

I purchased a Living Social voucher for Fellowship Fleet as a nice, different way to get to the airport for a vacation flight. It took them a few days to confirm my reservation, but everything seemed fine. 20 minutes before my scheduled pick-up, I received a call from the driver saying he was running late by 10 minutes. He wound up being a full 30 minutes late, ran two stop signs on the way and relied on his gps to direct him in a round about way to the expressway. If we hadn't received assistance at the airport, we would have missed our flight! What a relaxing way to start our trip. I received a receipt afterward showing that the balance of the trip had been charged to my credit card. I sent them an email stating that I had paid the driver the balance in cash, along with my voucher and that I expected a refund. No response. It's only $12.50 so I'm not going to worry about it, but I certainly didn't want the driver to think that was his tip. He sucked! read more

No Chance, they are fully booked. This is not a new story, I have tried three separate times before to book pick ups. I booked a car to pick me and my newlywed wife at our hotel at 545am to take us to the airport for our honeymoon. At 550am, no car still, so I called the company to ask where it was. A woman on the line told me that she would find the driver and call me back. At 605am, I called back. This time a man answered saying he had no record of me in their system and proceeded to explain to me, as if I were a child, the concept of booking. Yes, I know how to book a car. I had done so. Horrible, horrible, horrible! What an unprofessional company! I called the company PRIOR to purchasing the Living Social voucher to verify it would work between my house and Midway Airport. The person with whom I spoke advised me it would. I then purchased 2 vouchers for my parents to use when they come to visit my family. The first time they tried to use one, they were advised the vouchers were invalid due to distance (5 miles over). I then requested a refund from Living Social due to the company's dishonesty and was only given "deal bucks" not a refund to my card. After using these "bucks" I will also never again use Living Social. read more
