I booked this company for a 3:45am pickup to O'hare Airport which is incredible early! And they were early!!! I can't recommend them enough!!! They provided the drivers bake and phone which was great because he was at the wrong hotel (just next door). I would use them again no questions asked! Yes, it's more expensive than Uber but it's clean and safe and reliable so it's well worth it especially as a woman traveling solo at that hour! My peace of mind was well worth the cost! I used Ride in Bliss for the first time this last week for trips to/from the airport after hearing many (many) recommendations for the service from friends and acquaintances in the area. I'm so glad I did! (And am a bit upset I waited so long to try it.) Communication from the company was excellent. The day before, I had the option of "customizing" my experience with music preferences and a Starbucks drink on the car ride over to the airport (yes, all the caffeine at 6 AM). They are perfect for families with babies/kids who need car seats- I've used other car services before where this is obviously an afterthought/add on- you pay for the service but the seat is dirty or not secured correctly, or... just never appears. Ride in Bliss obviously has a ton of experience with families. Tudor was punctual and perfectly accommodating on the ride to the airport, and Pavel went out of his way to make the experience a memorable one - which is especially hard on the ride home after a day of travel! I'm unfortunately updating my review. I wish I could post zero stars for this company's unprofessionalism. I've had the following two recent experiences- 8/12/23- I booked Ride in Bliss and right around the time my son and I were supposed to leave for the airport, my son had an accident requiring emergency transport via ambulance to the hospital. The driver saw us going into the ambulance and left. I contacted Ride in Bliss to explain what happened and to ask for a credit of some sort and was immediately denied with a canned answer that I was in violation of their 24 hour cancellation policy. Well, of course I was- I wasn't planning on riding in an ambulance and spending my day in the ER. Eventually, after pushing on my end, I was reluctantly refunded 50%. Honestly, fine- at least it's some level of customer service. 8/14-8/15My son was given the okay to travel so we re-booked our travel and car service on 8/14 for travel on 8/15 (8am flight with a 6am pick up). I was given a confirmation email and code from Ride in Bliss. AN HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE, THEY CANCELLED. For any other moms with kids, you know that trying to find a car service with a car seat at 5am to get to the airport is impossible. Needless to say, I will NEVER BOOK AGAIN. We have used Ride In Bliss 3 times - in 2021, 2022, and 2023. It was a great experience the first two times, but we did not have a good experience this year. The good: - Drivers are professional, friendly, and punctual - Communication from the company is excellent - Vehicles are top quality and spotless clean - Bringing a coffee for us and a toy for the kids is a nice touch The bad: - Pricing has been significantly outpacing inflation. Our base fare for an airport drop-off was $117 in 2021, up to $127 in 2022, and now $159 in 2023 - Many extra fees add up (off peak hours fee, airport fee, processing fee, tip of 20% automatically applied) - No opportunity to reschedule your ride if something goes wrong at the last minute (e.g. last minute flight cancellation, mistake in booking time) - The owner Pavel can be a bit rude and snarky (as you may have already seen in the replies on reviews here) Price for airport roundtrip from downtown came to $438.60. At this point, the service is about 10x the price of an Uber, and I'm not sure it's really worth the premium. Regarding the most recent booking, we made an error in reservation because our flight departed on Monday evening but the arrival at 12:00AM (midnight) technically should have been written as Tuesday arrival. Our driver was there promptly on the Monday night 24 hrs before our arrival, when we were still on vacation (and asleep, of course, so unfortunately not reachable by phone). It was our mistake, but I didn't expect zero compromise from the company on the error - if you miss your ride, expect no refunds and expect to pay the full price again for rebooking. They provide the adults with their choice of Starbucks coffee! It is a very peaceful way to start a vacation. Upon arrival to the airport, the kids were each presented with a little toy. Pavel goes above and beyond! When we returned, Pavel had tea for the adults and juice/fruit snacks for the kids. After a long day of travel the kids immediately relaxed because they knew Pavel was picking us up! The company commented and it was NOT 5 minutes before departure. That's laughable that you try to say that. We were trying to leave hours before our flight and we let you know as soon as our flight was cancelled , not 5 minutes before departure. It was during the polar vortex, and you were the only company not willing to reschedule. Travel insurance does not cover this fee. I'm so upset. Our flight was cancelled due to weather, and they are unwilling to compromise- they're charging us the full amount $125 anyways. I recommend the Giordano's pizza which we ate as soon as we got downtown to our destination, kids starving after a non-food flight. On the way home, our direct flight was canceled with 6 hours notice, and we were autorebooked on a connecting flight home. I canceled this and rebooked last minute through Ohare. Cannot say enough amazing things! This was one our first trips "post Covid" with our 20 month old and were dreading having to lug a car seat to and from the airport while worrying about parking. Both the pick up and drop off were on time and beyond friendly and you definitely got a sense of relief knowing you were easily getting from point A to B hassle free. As just about every other review on Yelp indicates, Ride in Bliss in an awesome car service. My wife and I arrived with our infant son after a 12 hour trans-Pacific flight and were greeted by Tudor in his Toyota Sienna. He had picked up two Starbucks coffees prior to getting to the airport. After such a long flight, I've never enjoyed a Starbucks more than I did that morning. Tudor was tremendous. Very friendly, took care of our luggage while we loaded our son into the car seat, made great conversation along the way, which included a thorough discussion of car seats and minivan choices. He was unflustered when our son started crying about 2 minutes into the ride. The icing on the cake was that we left his beloved stuffed animal in the back seat when he dropped us off. Within a few minutes, he called to tell me that he was close by and circled back to drop off the stuffed animal. Honestly if we could give 6 stars we would. My wife and I agreed that this company far exceeded expectations. Based on this one experience, we cannot imagine using other car services when we need to do trips to the airport in the future. Let's start with how nice it is to know that no matter how often your flight/s may change throughout the day, Rideinbliss keeps track of it all, that's one less thing/person to have to fill in on what's going on. Before exiting the plane, your friendly driver will text you a photo so it'll be super easy to locate him. LOVE that! Pavel was so courteous and handled everything for us. He made sure that neither my dad nor myself did any lifting of luggage. Before leaving baggage claim, he told us what to expect re: how far the walk to the car was, that we won't be outside in the cold, so didn't need our coats yet. (It's the little things, keeping us from needless shuffling around in bags after a long day, to walk to a car in a hot bulky coat only to take it off when we get there). Once in the car, it was so nice. As clean as it could possibly get, very comfortable, but the true luxe touch was when he asked which hot tea flavor we preferred! Honestly, that was so unexpected and more comforting after that day, than one would think. Once our hands were warm and cozy from the tea, he then handed us a little bag of European chocolates, they were really nice! Aside from these treats, the vehicle is loaded down with bottled water and other snacks as well. (And he offers a choice of music too)! When we settled in, it was as if the grunge of the day just dissipated away and relaxation ensued. When we arrived at our final destination, Pavel assists my sweet dad out of the seatbelt and assisted him to the front door. We truly felt like he cares for his passengers as more than just rides. After getting us in the door, he brings in all of our luggage AND lugs it upstairs for us! And my bag is HEAVY. Post ride, I couldn't find my sweater, so I texted Pavel. I realize once the ride is over that anything left in the car is not their responsibility, however, he quickly responded to let me know that he found it. Since he's returning us Monday, I know I'll see my sweater again. Ride In Bliss is worth every penny. Why bother driving out of the airport after traveling when you can have someone pick you up and erase the travel from you and send you on your way feeling happy? We fully signed a contract and submitted payment and then 2 days later, they emailed us to say they increased the payment by $500+ and that we have to increase the hours when we already had an agreement, signature, and payment for 2 hours and a lesser dollar amount. Traveling with a toddler, no matter how good of a traveler they may be, presents its own challenges and always takes more time. Public transportation from ORD was too long and involved to attempt so we splurged on a car service. Contacted a few providers for transfer service for two adults and a child in a car seat. Each provider had a different way of presenting costs but all of the pricing was nearly identical. Based on some parenting travel sites and Yelp we decided on Ride in Bliss. We had different drivers for arrival and our departure. Both were in newer, clean, well maintained SUVs. Both arrived at the pickup spot early. Our first driver, Tudor, exchanged a few texts upon arrival to the airport. Our second driver, Sebastian, did not notify us of is arrival. In both our interests, I believe the second driver should have notified us of his arrival. The most memorable part of our arrival and departure experience was the poor installation of the car seat by our second driver, Sebastian. The driver was nonplussed by our concern and it took multiple attempts to secure the car seat. Overall, Ride in Bliss provided exactly what was contracted. Arrival and departure airport transportation. That said, we will likely contact a different provider next time we come into town. Our assumption was the drivers would be familiar and/or trained/certified on the installation of car seats. If families didn't care about safety, they wouldn't have paid extra for a service that offered car seats. NOTE: Technically, Ride in Bliss provides the car seats for free. The other companies we contacted charged for car seats but the total cost (fee(s), tip, surcharges, etc.) were nearly identical. read more

This was and is the most unprofessional service that my friends, family and I have ever gotten.
