Esco got us to the airport for our insanely early (5am) departure. Our driver David was very responsive, and a good communicator. His car was spacious and clean. I had absolutely no worries about his driving. Originally I was going to Uber it, but no one picked up the drive, and as it got closer and closer to my flight, I decided to book with Esco. Arranged to take my wife and I out for a very needed date night away from kids. Was arranged several weeks in advance. The first sign of trouble should have been when he emailed me a week in advance and told me he would pick us up that afternoon. That almost gave us a heart attack. But all good in the end. Fast forward to last weekend. He arrived on time and we had a nice conversation on the way to dropping us for dinner. After dinner he picked us up and took us to the concert venue (Hollywood Amphitheater). When he got there he didn't know where to go. But that wasn't a big issue. I didn't expect that. He dropped us off at one of the numbered gates and told us he would be back after the concert. We told him to text us with issues and confirmed he had our number (which he had used previously). We went into the concert and had a great time. Very needed time. We came out and expected to have to wander a bit, but that he would communicate with any issues. What happened next was something out of of movie. When we walked up to where we were, there were other drivers who had been parked there, but he was not around. So no big deal, we called him. At that time he could not tell us where he was for us to even walk to him. He had at least 3 hours at a small venue where we were paying for his time that he should have been figuring out where to park and communicate with us. Instead it took an hour for us to finally find him in a parking lot next to the stadium. At that point, only a few cars remained. It put the skids on what had otherwise been an enjoyable evening. We didn't deserve to pay for this. I paid his bill, including his added 15%. He's a nice guy. But I would not want him as my driver. He doesn't know where he is going. He isn't organized. He doesn't communicate. I had a choice of many drivers that night. They would have had me home an hour earlier after a night with my wife. He refunded 1 hour of time and that was a nice gesture. But that isn't what I paid for or wanted in a parking lot at midnight in Tinley Park. I did not want to post this review as I think he is a nice person. But I also don't want someone to pay for and receive what happened to us. It was not ok. read more

Overall excellent job. Dave was polite and professional arranging the car. The rate he provided was very competitive and was lower than his competitors. The only unusual item was the booking process. In order to ensure our booking we had to use a third party service to process payment. However we were not charged until the service took place. That said, it was not a big issue and we felt comfortable with proceeding with the service. Dana, the driver, was on time, and professional. She drove my wife and I to the airport. She communicated the night before to let us know when she'll arrive and the type of car. The car was clean and it had plenty of room for the luggage. Honestly she was great. We recently engaged Dave from Esco Driving Services for a Roundtrip to Midway Airport (MDW). We were traveling with two suitcases, two cats in crates and the departure time was very early in the morning. All communication from/with Dave was thoroughly professional, kind and prompt. I had to book a last minute flight/transportation (less then 24 hours) for my parents in their early 70s. They were part of the the whole Southwest Airlines mess over the holidays. I could only get them a flight into O'Hare and their car was at Midway Airport. Dave was on top of everything. His responses were fast and he was so incredibly accommodating for my parents. He kept in communication with me to let me know he had spoken to my dad when they landed. (My parents aren't technical and hardly ever use their cell) I was a bit worried.
