What happened to treating customers with courtesy and respect? Had Liz spoken to me in a calm and professional manner while simply explaining the cemetery rules, it would have made all the difference. Instead, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unheard during an already emotional situation. So uncalled for! They need to hire friendly staff.

She was the last of our family that were pretty much founding residents. Her last wish was to be buried there, so rather than bury her somewhere else, I had her cremated and she sits on my bookcase. The young female that answered my questions was rude, and sounded like she didn't want to be bothered. She was curt, short, and extremely rude, especially at such a difficult time for me.
