I've had 0 problems with H2O Water Company delivering to my business. Their drivers are so nice and welcoming, and their delivery timing has always been impeccable. That is...until this week. My business was supposed to get a water delivery June 10th. By 4:30pm our water had not arrived, so I called, left a voicemail, and sent an email asking if something happened to our driver. June 11th. No reply so I called and after the third call FINALLY got a representative on the line. No apology, no nice conversation. Just: "our driver ran out of bottles. Your delivery will arrive June 12th." June 12th comes and goes, no delivery. June 13th (today) 2 phone calls and an email...and finally at 5:48pm (almost an hour AFTER my business closed) I receive the email below. If I had received ANY communication prior to this stating they were moving office, I would've completely understood. But considering it's like pulling teeth to try to get information out of this company, I'm really hoping my business doesn't cut ties with this company. read more

I had Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh for 30 years with no delivery problems. They got taken over by Primo and I never received another delivery. I switched to H2O because of the great reviews. Not a problem signing up. Got an email stating my first delivery Wed the June 18th.....It's Friday June 20th, and so far no call, no show. Their voicemail box is full and they no longer answer emails. At least Primo answered the phone, although they never showed up. read more

I've been with H2O since 2015! Service is excellent and we really enjoy drinking their water. They switched to BPA free bottles a while back, which I appreciated. The only complaint I have is sometimes water bottles are a little dirty (on the outside, never a problem with the inside). But they were pretty good about replacing those. When you get a good driver, they'll attempt to call you if you've forgotten to put your bottles out...that's true customer service. Highly recommend for your fresh water drinking needs! read more

We started contracting with H2o Water after nearly 3 years of wrestling with Alhambra who was billing us monthly without providing any service to our school, including during Covid closure. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of water and--possibly more importantly--every single person with H2o has provided EXEMPLERY service. It's no exaggeration to say we look forward to our weekly delivery. Unfortunately, SFUSD has severely cut into our school budget which has forced us to suspend our contract for now. Students, teachers, service providers, and staff are all very saddened to lose this service, as it has greatly benefitted our health and nutritional levels. We would love nothing more than to be able to resume our contract as soon as we possibly can, and we are happy to give our highest recommendation of this company! read more

Called up Christian at H2O Water Company, he took down my info and within a couple of hours, water showed up at my doorstep. It was not even part of their route but the folks at H2O made sure the delivery happened. Water tastes great, good price and best of all, the best customer service. And it feels good to support a local small business. (Was in a bind with ReadyRefresh, owned by conglomerate Nestle, not delivering any water and their chronic rescheduling game. Avoid ReadyRefresh at all costs, last minute rescheduling with no rationale or warning. Had 2 reschedules that pushed out to over 5 days and they still have yet to show up). read more

This is a fairly small business that does very reliable work. Every two weeks, you'll get an email saying they're coming on your route, and you just leave your empty bottles outside, and they'll deliver you new ones. If you're travelling, you can just request by email that they skip your house that month. It's been about a year, maybe two, that I've been using this service. I only have a very small order (you can vary your requested amount at any time, depending on your needs), and still the service has been flawless every time. I wish all of my regular services were this easy to deal with. Their pricing is also reasonable. When I was looking around for a water delivery company, I was rather surprised at the large amount of good reviews and was worried it might be overhyped and inaccurate, but they truly are very professional and do great work. I'm not sure what the recent negative reviews are about. (I never received anything about a free dispenser, as referred to in Theo's review below). read more

This company was a great find! First I'll share a little about the company we fired before hiring H20: they would leave the heavy bottles in the hallway for our petite receptionist to drag through the office and into the kitchen where the dispenser was, refusing to provide advance notice of upcoming deliveries and refusing to deliver during normal business hours so that we didn't have to strain our backs with the bottles. The last straw with that company was when they left the bottles in the hallway WHEN WE WERE OPEN AND IN THE OFFICE! Lousy customer service with lazy drivers! Unacceptable. I found H20 after a diligent quest to stop paying for sub-standard service. I'M SO GLAD I DID! They are more reasonably priced, they NEVER leave our bottles in the hallway for us to drag in, and they ALWAYS send an advance delivery reminder so we're ready and prepared for them when they come. The drivers are always professional, kind, and courteous, and they never try to deliver when we're closed. We really appreciate that! Furthermore, they're quick to respond to any email inquiry with kindness and professionalism. What a win for us! One more point of contrast I can add: Recently our building locked the main doors, preventing access to the offices within without the tenant allowing the entry. Despite any inconvenience to the drivers, H20 has continued to take the extra step to call our office, be let in, and bring our water to our second floor suite. Since day one, they have not missed a beat. (Makes me even more grateful for H20 when I see that our previous provider now leaves its customers' heavy water bottles outside in the sun, where they wait for hours sometimes.) I have been using H2O Water Company for my work and for my personal residence for 6 years and have not been disappointed once. They have great turnaround time for communication, they are super accommodating, and their water is top tier. I've tried the big name brand water services and they are absolutely awful. Never consistent, never following through and expensive for water that does not taste great. I have even introduced H20 service to my mother who has been with them for at least 4 years. Frank and his team are the best. We have become water snobs and hate drinking water from anywhere else. You can absolutely taste the difference between this and other filtered water brands/companies. My family has been using this company for at least 5 years. We can't imagine going anywhere else. They consistently deliver every two weeks and usually come a little early if delivery days land on a holiday. The service and reasonable prices keep us as customers. Thank you Frank, Christian and the rest oteam! The water has changed. The last three deliveries we had the water was off. We usually have 4-5 bottles delivered every two weeks like clockwork. We reached out and asked if they changed the water filtration. Long story short we decided to cancel our deliveries. We were saddened by this because my family really liked this place but the water just tasted weird. Frank issued us a refund for our returned empty jugs deposits and asked us to consider service again with them in the future. I can no longer recommend them based on the taste in the water. I used this water company for about a year and a half before spending the big bucks for an in house filtration system. I even had the new company test their bottled water and it was very clean!! The service was always excellent and whenever I emailed them with questions or changes to my delivery they responded very quickly! When the pandemic hit in March, we learned that Whole Foods had suspended their water refill service in their stores. This left us scrambling to find a new source for clean drinking water. Trust the good reviews. Absolutely top notch customer service. They always send email updates with when deliveries will happen. Their customer service folks are always prompt. The price really cannot be beat. They make everything so seamless that we just always have water and don't have to think very much about it. Years ago, when we owned a home in Southern California, we paid hundreds of dollars for a reverse osmosis system in our sink, and I figured it would be worth it in the amount of money we would save on bottled water. However, the filters on reverse osmosis system do need to be changed every so often, and they are expensive. When I bought a replacement filter, I couldn't figure out how to replace it, so I had a plumber come do it, and when he was there and was explaining to me how reverse osmosis systems work, I was shocked to realize that there is quite a bit of waste in the way those systems work. As a result, when we moved, I decided we would just try water service instead. I am convinced we have saved money and water, and the H20 people make it so easy, it is a no brainer.
