They're only in business because they are literally stealing from insurance companies, and they need to be aware of his business dealings. They will take the call, and give you an ETA, but when that ETA is over, they give you another ETA and it keeps going. They say they are there, but they never show. They had us waiting for almost 4 hours, I called the insurance company and told them what was going on, they looked and said it was way over the ETA they given them, they put me on hold and they called the company themselves and the guy gave them some story that he had other tows he had to get. But from the google reviews, he has a pattern, NOT SHOWING UP! Thankfully the insurance cancelled the call, and put it back out for someone to grab, and another local company picked it up, ETA was 45 mins was there in 15 mins!! B&D needs to be looked into for FRAUD!
