I made an appointment online with Stephen Meneely. My Mom and I walked in the day before my birthday. ('Cause she's one of my besties and I needed the mental support.) As many of you know, a car purchase can be stressful and convoluted. This experience was neither. We were greeted by the receptionist. After we walked over to Stephen's desk, he asked if we wanted water, a soda, or coffee. After we got our beverages, we started the trade/purchase process. Throughout the process, Stephen remained calm, informed me of my options, and never pushed me towards the most expensive car on the lot.
