From the beautiful decor to Juliet, the lovely hostess, to the generous mimosas, to the superb quality of service, to Thai, the best nail technician ever to have lived in the entire world, Femme Fetale simply is the absolute best. Simply put, service here is superb. You will walk out feeling renewed. Be sure to take a chocolate kiss or two from the dish when you pay, before you walk out! Beautiful pink and neon decor, no screens, chill music, and high-quality service is what Femme Fetale is all about. Ask for Thai for a pedicure. He is the absolute best ever. A superb nail technician and a very kind person. Helena is also lovely and does superior manicures. Valet parking is available for $15. Parking is challenging. There is also free parking on Cantura, one Street south of Ventura. Other parking options include meters, the Bookstar mall, and the parking lot at the Bank of America. Don't let the parking challenge deter you. It is worth it to come to Femme Fetale.

We drive over 30 miles to go to Femme Fatale Nails because our fave Thai is here! Thai is a pedicure expert! He gives my husband and I the best pedicures! He's an expert in taking care of ingrown nails and is so careful and never rushes!!! My husband is a diabetic and he is so great at taking care of his feet! We only trust Thai and have been coming to him for years! Like another customer said, "he has the hands of an angel"! The salon is beautiful and I notice the higher quality of the products right away! Thank you again Thai!! Highly recommend Femme Fatale and Thai!! The receptionist Gohar was so sweet and great! Looked up nail salons in the area and decided to come here to get my nails done for my birthday. The place itself is very cute and clean! Came in for a gel mani appt with Henry and it was just ok. He seemed annoyed that I wasn't doing hard gel and kept trying to sell me on it. I did a light pink color and some parts are thicker and some are thinner. Probably from how he applied it and how it dried. The polish doesn't look even nor is the shape. Now I have to go somewhere else because I can't stand how they look for my birthday! Didn't even get lotion on my hands after he was done, he clearly wanted me out of there. Not happy with the results at all. read more

They do a great job on Nails, but their valet got me a ticket which was thrown away, so I received two letters in the mail ‍ It took them over a week to pay me back for the parking ticket that was accrued by their valet guy. They didn't even offer to comp the valet cost ‍ Such a mess and so much stress. Be very careful I will not use their valet ever again. FYI: added: they never offered any accommodations. That's a lie. I came in for a Gel- X removal and express manicure, they went above and beyond!! Lynn did an amazing job.. my nails were so overgrown, and I was surprised that my natural nails were not damaged, she shaped them beautifully and added a coat of strengthening polish on top! Found this place because it was next to my Pilates studio, what a great find! Worth the cost and time for sure. The front desk/receptionist was very sweet and offered me a champagne or a beverage upon arrival and kept checking in. Experience was 12/10 will definitely be coming back here for other services. So grateful with their attention to details in every aspect- environment wise, customer service and with the entire experience. I loved that they put lemons in the water as your nails sit and soak! read more

I went here to treat myself 7 weeks after giving birth. Instead I now have a medical saga I have to deal with. They cut all the way down the sides of my toenails which I now know is something you're not supposed to do, and I I have a major infection because of it requiring podiatrist visits, antibiotics and the possibility for minor surgery to correct the issue. I will be fighting this issue for a minimum of 6 months (with newborn at home) waiting for it to grow out dealing with further infection risk the entire time. Please do not go here. read more

Expensive! I had an appointment, I was on time (early, actually) but my manicurist hung around outside before coming over to me. Once she did, she sat in the chair in front of me, on her phone, for MINUTES before acknowledging me. FUN! She did a great job when she decided to start working, but then sticker shock when my gelx refill was over $100. What? For a refill. Pass. I only went because Allure was closed. Expensive mistake. I hate to do this, as the staff is all lovely and the ambience is great. But it's 2 days since my pedicure, and I can barely walk. My technician was so rough on what I guess are my cuticles that I nearly started crying during the pedicure. But I figured she's a professional, so she knows what she's doing. My big toes have been throbbing ever since, and now it hurts too much to walk for exercise. I did ask her to help with ingrown toenails, but this hurts far worse than before the pedicure. read more

This has been my go to nail salon for years but I will not be going back…read more When I first moved out here, I fell in love with my nail tech Cathy (and Tammy, hey girl!) and havent been able to look back despite a multitude of issues at the business but I can't in good conscience go back anymore. I have had repeated issues from the owner Suzy constantly DOUBLE BOOKING my nail appt time and causing longer than usual wait times. As someone in a high pressure job with little windows for self care, it has constantly put a strain on my ability to enjoy these appointments and let alone even get the service i'd planned for. I've put up with this behavior for as long as I can but ever since my favorite techs have left, I will not be stepping my foot back in at the shop. (Shoutout Tammy and Cathy, miss your nails every day). Guess i'm back to shopping for a new salon now. Might even be worth switching neighborhoods just to have some reliability!

The service was kind and warm and they even brought me water. The ambiance was lovely and it was bright and colorful. They really make great use of the space. The nail salon is located in a shopping plaza on Ventura with an underground lot. I opted to park across the street in the neighborhood, where there is plenty of two hour parking.

I had a truly terrible experience at this place. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, expecting a relaxing and professional service, but it was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, no one even asked me what length or shape I wanted for my nails. They just started cutting, and I ended up with extremely short nails -- much shorter than I have ever had in my life -- with no proper shape at all. The pedicure was even worse. The technician kept smiling and trying to upsell me the entire time instead of focusing on the service. I chose the $60 package thinking I would enjoy a nice treatment, but instead I felt completely disrespected. He kept cutting my nails shorter and shorter, again with no shape -- every nail looked different and uneven. At one point, while working on my feet, he removed skin and then said "ew" out loud and told me to look, which was extremely embarrassing. People around me were watching, and I felt very uncomfortable. My feet were not in a bad condition to deserve that kind of reaction. The nail polish application was also very poorly done -- uneven, not symmetrical, with bubbles. It honestly looked messy and unprofessional. At the end, when I was asked at the front desk how everything was, I said it was really not good. The receptionist said she was sorry to hear that, but still charged me the full price without offering any solution. I've never had an issue at any nail salon before, but this experience was truly disappointing and upsetting. I would not recommend this place. read more
