On the way home from a job and happened to drive by this cute nail salon and decided to park on the side to call and check if they had any availability for a walk-in appointment around 6:30 PM on a weekday A nice guy answered the phone and says yes he can get me in and told me the price based on what I was wanting done Parked on the street and went in, really nice aesthetic, and I love how bright and sparkly everything felt. It was also a chill vibe and everything was neat and orderly. I was greeted right away, and I let them know. I was the one that called for a walk-in appointment, he got me, sat down and brought me some colors, and I chose my color and a lady sat down at the station and started to work on me, she was really sweet and it was relaxing getting my nails done. She was really good about making them even in length and not too thick and not too thin! I got kind of a rose, gold, glitter, shimmer color, with gel X fill. She asked if I wanted anything to drink as they have a lot of options and I think they even have champagne for those that would like some bubbly, coffee, juice, tea, water, etc.. She worked pretty efficiently and she didn't try to charge me out of anything. I'm sure if I needed something like my cuticles cut she would've said for me too add that in, etc.. Loved my outcome! Finished fairly quickly and went to front to pay. I left a tip on Venmo and what about my evening :)Thanks guys! I think I was the last customer before they closed the door so that's what the photo looks pretty empty but when I had originally got there, it was a lot of people getting their nails and toes done. read more

This was my first time coming here. The girls up front were kind and attentive! They offered beverage right away. Lynn took care of my pedicure. Was making conversation and was very kind. I like that this place is open until 730!! That's difficult to time to be honest because I get off so late. They have different offerings of pedicure and manicure services. I love the vibe as well. The receptionist Gohar was so sweet and great! Looked up nail salons in the area and decided to come here to get my nails done for my birthday. The place itself is very cute and clean! Came in for a gel mani appt with Henry and it was just ok. He seemed annoyed that I wasn't doing hard gel and kept trying to sell me on it. I did a light pink color and some parts are thicker and some are thinner. Probably from how he applied it and how it dried. The polish doesn't look even nor is the shape. Now I have to go somewhere else because I can't stand how they look for my birthday! Didn't even get lotion on my hands after he was done, he clearly wanted me out of there. We drive over 30 miles to go to Femme Fatale Nails because our fave Thai is here! Thai is a pedicure expert! He gives my husband and I the best pedicures! He's an expert in taking care of ingrown nails and is so careful and never rushes!!! My husband is a diabetic and he is so great at taking care of his feet! We only trust Thai and have been coming to him for years! Like another customer said, "he has the hands of an angel"! I went here to treat myself 7 weeks after giving birth. Instead I now have a medical saga I have to deal with. They cut all the way down the sides of my toenails which I now know is something you're not supposed to do, and I I have a major infection because of it requiring podiatrist visits, antibiotics and the possibility for minor surgery to correct the issue. I will be fighting this issue for a minimum of 6 months (with newborn at home) waiting for it to grow out dealing with further infection risk the entire time. Please do not go here. read more

Expensive! I had an appointment, I was on time (early, actually) but my manicurist hung around outside before coming over to me. Once she did, she sat in the chair in front of me, on her phone, for MINUTES before acknowledging me. FUN! She did a great job when she decided to start working, but then sticker shock when my gelx refill was over $100. What? For a refill. Pass. I only went because Allure was closed. Expensive mistake. I came in for a Gel- X removal and express manicure, they went above and beyond!! Lynn did an amazing job.. my nails were so overgrown, and I was surprised that my natural nails were not damaged, she shaped them beautifully and added a coat of strengthening polish on top! Found this place because it was next to my Pilates studio, what a great find! Worth the cost and time for sure. The front desk/receptionist was very sweet and offered me a champagne or a beverage upon arrival and kept checking in. Experience was 12/10 will definitely be coming back here for other services. So grateful with their attention to details in every aspect- environment wise, customer service and with the entire experience. They do a great job on Nails, but their valet got me a ticket which was thrown away, so I received two letters in the mail ‍ It took them over a week to pay me back for the parking ticket that was accrued by their valet guy. They didn't even offer to comp the valet cost ‍ Such a mess and so much stress. Be very careful I will not use their valet ever again. FYI: added: they never offered any accommodations. That's a lie. I used to frequent this place a couple years ago and then I found another nail place in the area that I love. But I decided to come back and give this spot another chance and unfortunately I had a bad experience. Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

My husband & my daughters have joined in on the appointments as well! Lilit & the entire staff are very kind and sweet. Lilit always gives my little babies hugs, she's so funny too! They offer Armenian coffee or some tea with a sweet treat. Their salon is clean, spacious, bright and inviting! I love everything about the inside decor, from top to bottom Appointments are always so responsive, especially for the many questions I always have & changes I make to my appointments sometimes (sorry ) I personally get the Russian Manicure & Russian Pedicures every time. Lilit and the staff never fail me. I tend to come in with a few broken nails, they always fix it & make them pretty again! I've tried Gel x to grow my nails out, that was awesome too! Hard gel is my go to, since I always break my nails we're back on the journey to grow them back again. Love the music, everyone's energy & vibes. After applying the nails, the nail tech cut them down without checking with me first. As soon as he did, I told him they were too short, especially because I knew they'd get even shorter once they were filed and shaped. Instead of listening, he kept trying to convince me that the length was "medium." My natural nails underneath were barely shorter than the extensions. I explained that every other time I've asked for medium length at this salon, they've been noticeably longer, and asked if there was any way to fix them. He said it would take another 30 minutes, which I had no issue waiting for, but he did not want to redo them. At that point, I didn't even want French tips anymore because I hated how short they looked, so I just asked him to paint them white instead. The rest of the appointment was awkward, and he didn't even acknowledge me when I thanked him and tipped him. I called the next day, and the front desk told me to come back in so they could fix them free of charge. I explained that I wanted them longer and preferably back to french tip. But when I got there, instead of fixing the issue, they spent the conversation trying to convince me my nails weren't actually short. They even brought up that I have long nail beds, which made no sense because if anything, that should've been taken into account when I asked for medium length. The biggest issue wasn't even the nails themselves -- it was feeling dismissed the entire time. After telling me over the phone that the fix would be free, they then changed it and said I'd have to pay for half, so I ultimately left without getting anything fixed.
