On proposal day, she worked with my friend to make sure that the area was perfect and set up very nice for the proposal! She captured all of the moments perfectly with a very keen eye for detail! She even brought some awesome props too. She got everything done in a very timely manner and was patient when some of our friends wanted to take some extra pictures. The price was reasonable and it included 3 photographers for our whole day (ended up being close to a 10 hour day for them), a photo booth at our reception, all the digitals of the pictures, and a coffee table book. They also do video, but we opted out of that. The photos they take are superb and the edited images were amazing. I think we had around 2000 photos and the owner edited them and had them to us within 6 weeks. We also were given the rights to all those photos so we could share them with family and friends. On the wedding day, they were punctual, got all the shots we wanted, and made sure we didn't get off track. The owner, Mou, made sure to keep our families under control so that we could get the shots we wanted. Never did it seem like they were running their own agenda. They were always on our agenda and time-line. Mou's brother and husband were also taking photos while getting ready, during the ceremony, and reception and both of them did great. Bottom line is, if you want a photographer that will take amazing photos, listen to your needs, and provide amazing customer service (they always answered calls and emails within a day or so) go with PhotosMadeEz. We had only attended one Wedding Expo while engaged and from that expo, I knew I had to have Tim as our photographer. He was very calm, professional, and personable. And his photos, well those were breathtaking! We had a second photographer, Kevin, who was also amazing and very professional (although I had less interaction with him as he captured most of the moments with the Groom and party getting ready). He was even more of a dream to work with! He met with us closer to the wedding to go through details. He made sure to meet with us somewhere that was convenient, walked through some of the specifics and then made some amazing suggestions for our day. He also was very open to listening to some of the requests we had. As for the day of, he was exactly what a Bride wants for a photographer. He took the photos of all of the little intricate details and then moved on to the big stuff. He was again, very professional and very polished with his approach. He adjusted according to the weather changes, had great suggestions for various shots, and made sure that the groom and I had some private time for the first look, before including any bridal party or family. We were able to accomplish some of our photos before hand so we could enjoy our cocktail hour with the guests. During the reception, he had edited about 40 photos from earlier in the day, so our guests could see moments that they weren't part of. Even our venue coordinator was blown away! I have very mixed reviews of Off Beet, who photographed my wedding. Kate, the owner, and one of her…read moreemployees did the wedding. Kate Testa is a lovely person and she takes nice pictures. The large prints that we had made for the wall are delightful. But, I will say, I don't think she is worth the VERY steep price that she charges. Here's why: 1. She doesn't arrive until noon for an afternoon wedding. Or, you can pay more for her to get there earlier. Other photographers will give you the whole day. She missed a lot of photos I would have liked to have had of myself with my bridal party. 2. I think the photos she took of the ceremony were fairly mediocre, although the reception pictures were really good. She does a "photo journalism" style that's better than having all posed photos. 3. She has someone else create the albums, and that person hasn't a damned clue. The original mock-up of the album was bizarrely out of order, and if I hadn't fixed it, the album would be in a strange order. And, my mother was never given a mock up of the parent album, and hers WAS in a strange order. She complained about it, and Kate basically said "tough toenails" (I'm paraphrasing). I'd say this was a good experience in comparison with some of the photographers that my friends worked with. Most of the photos were really good--especially a great photo of me and my husband during a particularly absurd toast. But, for the price we paid for everything, I'm disappointed in some of the pictures that WEREN'T taken, and, frankly, more than a bit pissed off that my parents' album isn't what they wanted.
