I also learned that some civil cases do not appear when searching his name directly and instead must be found by searching the plaintiff's name (in this instance, Jeffrey Kramer). I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious with upfront payments.

In addition, I needed a traverse rod and Nancy helped me make a selection through text, phone calls and email after business hours as we were leaving for Germany in 2 days. Through the internet while I was in Germany, there assistance was greatly appreciated as I placed an order for a custom made non refundable rod. In early November, Nancy called to set up an appointment for the installation and I was called again to confirm the time. They came and installed 3 roman shades, the travers rod and hung my drape.
