Many people may recognize it from driving by or living in the area, but if you don't know about it yet, you should. They offer fresh smoothies, famous key lime pie, fresh coconut water, groceries if needed, a chocolate shop, and a coffee spot that serves hot food and small bites like empanadas. If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely need to stop by and check it out. Parking is easy with plenty of spots around the building, and on the other side there's even a nice trail if you want to take a quick walk. The pistachio iced coffee I decided to go with and what I really like is the option to add condensed milk which you don't hear very often and really reminds me of home overseas. The staff was great in making recommendations, extremely pleasant throughout the buying process and even there after when I was leaving. I'll definitely go back especially to their other pastries!

Today, we ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte, Spicy Beef Empanada, and their Key lime Pie. The coffees were good, but in my opinion, their pastries and snacks tasted better and left a bigger impression on me. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no. They offer indoor and outdoor seating but are both limited so get there at the right time or be ready for Togo. The cashier was so lovely, giving me compliments and just being so warm. The server was really sweet too. I got a bacon egg & cheese on an asiago bagel + a pistachio matcha for like $14? And it was goooood ya'll. I believe the bagel was homemade? It was so warm and had the perfect chew to fluff ratio. I also loved the library that they had, they have a donation box in case you wanted to take some books home. And I saw that they were going to have a thrift added there soon. I wish I lived closer, this would become my spot quickly!
