Dealing with Alias was an overall wonderful experience with something that started out very bad. I had ants in my condo for years but it was not until this winter that they got to be really invasive. I asked a friend for a recommendation and they suggested Alias The Buman. I called right away and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions. After booking an appointment for a couple days later I received a text reminder of my appointment. The appointment was only a two hour window. If I recall correctly they showed up 15 minutes into that two hour appointment. Cody came out and was really polite taking off his shoes even though I didn't ask. He asked a few questions and told me how ants get inside and what he was going to do to help solve my problem. He patiently let me explain all my concerns and assured me things would work out. He sprayed a safe application inside and out all around my condo unit. Letting me know if we saw any more ants in the next 7-10 days he would be back out for free. I noticed an improvement immediately! By the next day the number of ants we saw was drastically decreased and by day 3 we did not see any ants. As of this review we are almost a week in but I am totally happy with the service. How long it lasts is to be determined but he did tell me to expect this to keep things under control for a couple months. Alias the Bugman for the win! I reached out to Alias the Bugman via email on a Sunday afternoon re: a spider problem at our house. Within a few hours I received an email back about when they could come (several dates/times) and take a look at the problem. They also explained the treatment process. Within the week they had a technician to our house. Appointment could have been sooner had my partner and I's work schedules allowed. Part of the treatment involved coming into our home, so one of us needed to be present. There's also a 2-hour arrival window, so you, the client, must be flexible. The technician arrived and treated the problem areas. We've been spider free since (about 3 weeks). The cobwebs were getting to be a bigger problem than the spiders and we haven't seen many since he left. Alias also completed a pest inspection for us before we moved into our home this spring. Alias The Bugman is always very responsive when we contact them needing any type of pest service. Whether it's bugs or rodents, it's clear they have a lot of experience with pests. Technicians are always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable compared to other companies in the area. We prefer to support small, locally owned companies like the Bugman. Have not had any issues with mice since we employed the Bug Man! Owner and operator is super friendly...fast and prompt service...very affordable rates. Sprayed for bugs inside the structure and it is a pet and human friendly formula, which is a must with our dog. read more

Use this service at your own risk. I had Alias do my inspection when buying a house in January 2018 and he found no evidence of termites. This service came with a one year warranty. After going through a divorce, I found myself having to sell the house a few months later. In July 2018 the same inspector with Alias found termite damage but Alias refused to honor his warranty because he claimed the area was obstructed. The house was empty at the first inspection and empty on the second and his reasoning was unfounded. My realtor had to have her broker threaten to withdraw all referrals from their company (a major company) in order to get him to uphold his own warranty. I would stay away if you want a guaranteed service! read more

We had Alias The Bugman come to our home to spray for bugs. They sent us D (I don't want to share his entire name on here for privacy). D was very friendly and was very knowledgeable when it came to what he was spraying and the bugs we had around our home. He answered all of my questions and ensured me that the bugs would be gone. Alias the Bugman company was at my fiance's home and broke and chipped the concrete bench that was given to me after my father's death. The bench was not damaged prior to having the house serviced. This was something that was very important to me. Alias the Bugman did not issue an apology or offer to cover the $150 cost of the concrete bench. I would not use their service EVER. read more
