He listened to our feedback on past treatments as well as our priorities for this treatment. He completed the outside within 15 minutes treating all the focus areas. Very efficient. The indoors treatment was also done quickly and efficiently. In the basement he was careful to move some fragile items out of the way before treating the window frames there. He provided a debrief when he was finished. Very polite and professsional. Thank you, Patrick. P.S. Do NOT sign a contract with them. Their technicians don't follow up, skipped their treatment, and then when I tried to cancel my account with them they said it wasn't possible. They've been charging me hidden fees and my mice problem has actually gotten WORSE. They gave me the run around, said the branch manager was too busy to speak to, and are going to charge me a ridiculous fee to cancel (after saying it's just not possible). I'm not just an angry customer. I wish I could go back in time and warn my former self to never sign up for these guys. I can't, so I'll warn future customers instead.

Would have been required to pay over $1000 for them to come and fill all areas and provide a guarantee. Decided to have him come back and close off the main access points only. This was another 500 dollars and I had to be the one to point out obvious entry points he was going to overlook. Not to mentioned that twice he failed to show up to do the work, or even notify me that he was not going to show, for appointments. When he did come back the effort made on the potential entry points was minimal and in some areas did not completely block the holes. In the end I spent over $750 and it was worthless.
