You can summarize this place very easily. STAFFING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YOU NEED STAFFING JON!!!! The casino is great yada yada, its a nice bar yada, yada. But drinks and food dont serve and bus themselves. It should bother you that the single employee is stressed as hell serving and waiting on a full bar during football, baseball games while your paying guests either have to leave and go elsewhere or clean up after themselves and have to go to the bar and serve themselves. So I've lived across the street from Manny's for about 10 months ans never heard anything good about the establishment, so I never set foot inside....until I was too lazy to drive to get food and figured I would give it a try tonight. I start off waiting about 10 minutes for a server to appear behind the bar. It's winter, so beer didn't sound like what I was looking for. I asked for a wine list, to find out they only served boxed wine. Ew. So then I asked for a drink menu and was told they didn't have one. Just beer selections on tap and 4 speciality drinks they were running at the moment. I asked the bartender about them but she didn't really seem to know what was in them (how is she supposed to make them?)....she had one that was her favorite so I ordered that. I asked for a food menu and she hands me the paper ones they give to customers....it was half crumpled and COVERED in food stains. The only reason to use paper stock menus is so you can THROW THEM AWAY when they are spilled upon....so disgusting to hand a customer a menu that has mustard and chili stains on it! I ordered thr manny's dog and it was immediately clear to me that they don't heat up the chili. It obviously came from a can...which is fine....but the cook was too lazy to microwave it at least? I wanted to send it back but after waiting for 10-15 minutes for the bartender I realized that I would not be able to meet my friends on time because she was nowhere to be found. So I ate the disgustingly cold hot dog and burnt onion rings and gave her my credit card thr INSTANT she reappeared from the back. After she takes my card a customer comes over and says hello....shakes her hand and then kisses it. Cute if you're into that sort of thing, but without washing her hands she immediately drops my check off and starts making drinks, handling bottles and glasses. disgusting!!!! What if he had mono or a cold or the flu? You just contaminated the entire bar!!! TLDR: Cold/crappy food, terrible service, unsanitary, and without an ounce of class. AVOID MANNYS!!! read more

"Free Delivery to Westend" .....Called & referenced my coupon I wanted to use. I was told by the delivery person that they didn't need the coupon because that "Special" runs all the time. Wonder why they would send out so many coupon flyers if you don't need to use them.... Besides our 2 greasy pizza's, we also ordered 12 "Boneless Buffalo Wings" for $13.95. These were chunks of what I think might have been chicken... nothing that even resembled a wing. So we paid almost $1.00 per "wing" and to make it even worse, 4 out of the 12 pieces were about as big as a nickel. The most ridiculous things I've ever seen. I called & explained my frustration of the "wings" to the same gentleman who took my order. I told him I would like him to pass on my opinion and frustration to the manager and he said "OK, thank you" and hung up. We ordered chicken strips. They were way undercooked and gooey pink in the middle. The waitress handled it promptly and gave us some loaded French fries instead. We had ordered some fried pickles as well, those were good, but the portions were very small. And... we were there on a Sunday early afternoon, and they only had four things to eat: chicken strips,fried pickles, French fries, and philly cheese steak sandwiches. Out of their whole menu, that's all they had left. The service and blended drinks were good-- if not for those, I'd give it a 1 star. read more

F "The more things change, the more they stay the same." That applies to Manny's. There are too many great places to eat and drink in Billings to waste your time trying to get clean, timely and honest to goodness service, Unless you like to wait for your food (45 minutes for a plate of nachos) and your drinks warm (because the service staff goes out for their cigarette break). Or get drinks served in clean glasses -(before mentioned cigarette break, not washing hands, and serving your drinks so now your glass smells like an ashtray), or your friends of the service stuff so you get hot food and cold beer, you're pretty much out of luck. We quit going there for a while because the service was so poor, some of the staff seems nice enough, but our drinks took forever and I can't explain why the food was so inconsistent! Stopped by one night and their menu had changed. We decided to give them another couple tries, but in the last 3-4 times we went it was the same old same old- waiting for service, waiting for our drinks, seeing our drinks made up at the bar where we could've walked up and gotten them ourselves because the service staff was outside on a cigarette break or over at their table talking with buddies. Ridiculous that placing an order for food would take for ever! ( And I'm talking no busy times! This last visit topped the cake! My husband got food poisoning from here and was so sick! We both ordered beef nachos only his came out with some sort of chili on top instead of hamburger? What the hell? We were so hungry having waited 45 minutes for the nachos appetizer that we ordered with our drinks that we all plowed through. The rest of our group joined us and waited a half hour for a plate of shrimp and chicken strips, as we watched the staff randomly pop out onto the side deck for a smoke and then return, grabbing our cold food or now warm drinks and bring it right up to us not having washed her hands, not having paid attention to their customers. Its actually pretty unbelievable that that has yet again not changed. Really can't believe Manny's is still in business! Don't waste your money here! Went in and got ID'd first before my drink, then brought my drink and got asked to see my ID. Got asked questions, not a problem but if you ID me before I order then you should probably finish your alcohol certification course. My friend got ID'd, then went to get another drink from the server and he was confused and didn't think he ID'd us? Maybe a long day, maybe drinking on the job.. but make sure and get your certification course so you know how to properly check an ID and not make it a hassle to your customers. HORRIBLE experience! Waited 15 mins after sitting in the 2nd table from bar side without even being acknowledged. Went up to the bar, asked for menus and ordered 2 slushies and an appetizer. Received fried pickles with literally 1/4 of a 1/2 oz cup of ranch (enough for 2 pickle spears). Our meals were sitting in the window for 8 minutes so we went to the window and grabbed our own food. Ordered another slushy. Never received it until we were almost done eating when the one guy working came around stunned as to how we got our food and realized he forgot the drink. Ordered cheese curds with my burger, received fries. When we arrived, there were about 12 other guests there. Later on there were 30 guests in the bar. And only ONE guy working! Would one expect to receive any better service? We only go there for the slushies. If anyone else had them we would never be back. It might be awhile until we go again! i have been going to Mannys for the past few months because they carrying the Big Ten Network ( and any other sports channel you want). They have a limited but very good menu... i have tried six or seven items and been happy with the food and the service. Their fries and onion rings are great in flavor and quantity. Their bartender showed me how to get a new app Tunity so i could get the play by play report on my phone. I will continue to go their to watch March Madness Games! read more
