I was recently on vacation as I do a couple times a year in Bethany Beach Delaware and I had an issue (pretty major issue) with my front tooth and I had to get it taken care of right away so I called Bethany dental and I reached Tracy and I was so incredibly impressed with the way they showed compassion even though I was not a regular patient. Tracy was pleasant and informative she adjusted the doctors schedule so that they could help me get this problem taken care of so I can enjoy my vacation with my three granddaughters when people show kindness and professionalism the way they did, I look forward to praising them to others! I'd also like to add that besides Tracy Dr. Fox and Emily we're the ones that worked together to treat and repair my tooth also went incredibly above and beyond!! incredible job Dr. Fox did with the help of Emily making my tooth look so wonderful natural strong just the whole experience with every single person at Bethany dental!!! They cancel your appointment 5+ times till they actually get you in. Once you are physically there for your appointment they cancel because there is not a dentist in the office. This has happened more than once. I have never seen an office run so poorly. They also do not switch out Hand pieces on every patient which is required. It is a very very tiny office with the bathroom right next to you meaning patients need to walk past you while you are having your dental cleaning!!!! It is very very awkward be sure to check that all the staff have proper licenses. Hint... hint.... Had a filling done 2 times needed to finally get it done properly at another office.

Had an emergency on Thursday which ended up being a very complicated extraction of a back lower…read moremolar. One of the roots was shattered. Dr. Eschenburg ended up dividing the tooth into four parts, pulling the three and then surgically removing the part with the shattered root. The Dentist was worried about how long it was going to take because he had another involved case coming in at the same time he agreed to see me. As it turned out the other guy was a no show and the complete extraction was done with what I guess you might call ease? Seriously who likes to undergo anything like this but sometimes things happen and you are ever grateful to find someone as talented as Doctor Eschenburg. I thought about writing this on Thursday but frankly I have not felt really swift. Amoxicillin takes its toll and there is some pain still. Then my cell phone rang and the voice on the other end wanted to know how I felt and all kinds of questions about the aftermath --it was Dr. Eschenburg calling me to see how I was. Where in today's world do you find doctors like this? I am deeply impressed and I thought again about how I needed to share this experience with other people.
