Although the office itself--and the staff, from front desk to medical--were excellent, the doctor I saw was rude and dismissive. He didn't really care what my concerns and wishes were, and suggested a care plan that was unnecessary and expensive. When I returned a few days later for an adjustment, he told me I was "expecting too much," and was brusque and hasty. The repair itself was functional but the problems I came back in for were not fixed. I have seen many a dentist, orthodontist, and even periodondist in my life, and I have never been treated like this before. What I did was get a second opinion at Fenwick Dental, and not only was everything fixed easily, the doctor I saw was perfectly nice. I was also told that the expensive care plan the Atlantic Dental doctor suggested was NOT the way to go--that there were cheaper and more sustainable options.

Although I have been a client for about 18 years, I am amazed how they stay on top of the most recent dental technology and introduce it into their practice. I had a tooth removed and needed an implant but due to bone loss, my jaw bone was too weak to support it. I was amazed that they could generate new bone and structural integity in the intended area of the implant with a scaffold and matrix application into where my tooth was removed. Now we wait 3 or 4 months for my jaw to regenerate the new bone.

Not only was the receptionist warm and friendly upon check in... she even assured me she could call Aspen to grab my chart and rads. Dr. Errin DePalma completely made me feel comfortable and was not judgmental at all! She was thorough and very honest with her assessment. The tech/hygienist was wonderful too!! I'm happy I jumped ship to DePalma. A HUGE Thank you to the entire staff for easing my anxiety about going to the dentist. I'm actually excited for my next appointment!

Dr. Mirza has been my dentist for the past 2 years. I had a broken tooth and needed a crown…read more I alerted he to the fact that my tooth had been bleeding. Several xrays and $1200 later, I had my crown installed. My tooth continued to bleed. I consulted with Dr. Mirza and she said that the tooth needed to be extracted which she did. Following this visit, I was to see an oral surgeon to extract the remaining root. My visit to the oral surgeon went well but after, he showed me areas in my mouth that needed attention and he was surprised to hear that Dr. Mirza did not alert me to these areas. Money wasted. I no longer trust Dr. Mirza with being my dentist as I feel that she purposely withholds information. If you question anything with her, she becomes aggressive. Word of advice, pass on Dr. Mirza and find another dentist.
