Had a few teeth that needed addressing (put off going because of the last visit and horrible treatment at another office). From the first person I spoke to when making the appointment, to the dental hygienist and finally to the dentists - this office is like no other. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is so nice, compassionate and caring. Ended up with four filling replacements and Dr. Nutter took care of them in one visit. This is the first time that I can recall having multiple teeth worked on and having NO pain. I am so thankful for being referred here and I actually look forward to my next appointment (something I never thought I would say).

It is so much easier to go to a appointment when you know who will be doing the work and that the work will be done thoroughly and gently. Dr. Stein has always been easy to talk to, he answers all my questions, tells me about what he is keeping an eye on, and doesn't suggest work that isn't necessary. If he says that I need something done, I believe him and have complete confidence in his ability to do the work. We have not had a single problem with any of the fillings, crowns, root canals, or any other work he has performed. He is kind, gentle and honest. His staff is the same. Best of all, when I have called because of a problem they ALWAYS fit me in within hours. They also follow up to make sure things are going well. When I had a problem with the first prescribed antibiotics not taking care of an abscess, Dr. Stein called me to make sure the 2nd prescribed one was doing the job. The staff is friendly and professional. But one of the biggest perks of using this dental practice is their laser drilling. I've only needed work on one tooth over the last 10 years I've been using Dr. Shustak, and he performed that procedure with a laser. That meant no pain, no injection and no Novocain numbness!
