I bought my SUV from Ferretti back in March 2019. The car was everything they said it was. It was clean, ran beautifully, and met all criteria and my expectations. The battery died after a month. They rehabbed the battery to get it working but, clearly since the car had been sitting around for a period of the battery was less than stellar. I replaced it for $130 about 6 weeks ago, since than, the car has never given me a hint of a problem. Another issue is that the floor mats were missing. No problem, that was $75 bucks. It could have been something that happened in the junk yard prior to Ferretti fixing the car up. That being said, a couple floor mats would have been nice to see. All in all, the experience was very good. I will look at them in the future for (new) used car when the time arises. read more

I have bought (9) GM cars from Feretti over (10) years & I have yet to be disappointed.A month ago I bought a 2000 Buick Enclave AVINER. This car had been hit broad side; needing two new doors on the drivers side & repair of the center pillar.I took the car to the Buick dealer in Naples , Florida & let them examine it. Their body shop could not tell where the car had been hit !! The car arrived in Naples in perfect shape!!! I have only positive things to say about Feretti. I needed a car broker to bid on some vehicles I was interested in so I used Feretti and found it was easy to do on line. As fate would have it I never won a vehicle and after a few months gave up. I then needed to get back my deposit. I went on the Feretti website, logged in and unsubscribed. I received a message that I would receive my refund in 2-3 days and I thought that was fair. After lunch I received a e mail that my credit card had been credited. All in all the credit of my $600.00 deposit to my credit card was the most important part of doing business with this company and they came through big time. I just purchased a newer rebuilt titled Jeep from them and at first was very worried due to being screwed over in the past. Everyone should know the complications with buying salvage/rebuilt titles, hence why they're cheaper vehicles. BUT, Ferettimotors did well, handled all the paperwork, everything worked on the vehicle, and I'm happy with my purchase. I was fortunate that Nothing happened to the vehicle so I did not used the warranty. They set up shipping for me as well, it was delivered on time with no problems which I was lucky again. I will be buying another vehicle from Ferettimotors in the future. I dealt with David mostly. He makes it easy to work with. I would strongly recommend Ferettimotors if you are looking for any rebuilt/salvage titles vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM MICHIGAN! Bought a relatively expensive vehicle from them as part of a rebuilt/reconstructed (by them) sale. I was guaranteed it would be delivered without any scratches or dents, as he had an "incredible" detailer who would go over every inch before shipping the car. It came with several significant scratches, including a long horizontal gouge in one headlight. A couple windows had vertical scratches in them across their entire length, which needed new belt moldings to stop them from getting worse. However, they did pay for most of these cosmetic problems. Though it did mean that I was without the car for a couple weeks. Interestingly, my local body shop who did the work had not nice things to say about Feretti's repaint job. But I digress... Not long after, strange issues started appearing. Half a year into ownership, it needed a complete brake job on both rear wheels. New calipers, pads, etc....$500 in repairs *that* soon on a car that I only drive to and from the local train station for work. I thought it was rather interesting that a "rebuilt" car would need totally new rear brakes after just a couple thousand miles post-sale. I told Feretti about this, and their response was "well of course they're going to tell you that". Except, the mechanic is a trusted shop my entire family uses frequently, not a shady hole in the wall operation who stays afloat overselling customers. Annoyingly, I've had to take the car into the dealership multiple times for what should be preventative maintenance easily accomplished by the owner. The first time I went to change the oil, I found that the oil pan plug/bolt was stripped, and had to pay the dealer to remove/replace it. Worse yet, the battery failed one year post-sale. Not the end of the world, but the bolt holding the battery compartment cover in place was also stripped... That would mean either no one inspected the battery or changed the oil during the rebuild, or their technicians did but are *that* careless. However, I did see that the (now failed) battery is not the original ACDelco battery it came with from the factory, but a Volvo battery they put in there during the rebuild. So Ross's "it's the 4 year old original battery, what do you expect" argument is probably not far off, but only because the battery they put in it was likely just as old as the car (or older). I guess it makes sense an outfit that reconstructs salvaged vehicles would have salvaged batteries on hand, but come on guys, don't lie to me about it to distract from my $70 battery compartment access cover bolt yank job at the dealer (which they made clear they won't pay for). And really..you couldn't put a new battery in a *rebuilt* car?? Why try to tell me it's the original battery when it clearly is not? I understand this is a reconstructed vehicle....but you really don't need to cut so many corners or be deceptive towards customers. I have serious reservations giving them even just two stars, mostly due to the deceptive nature of the salespeople when I called to tell them about the battery and battery compartment cover issue. For what it's worth, they admit to using salvage/used parts in their rebuilds, not new. Perhaps they need to consider using parts that have more useful life left in them. read more

I bought a rebuilt Honda Ridgeline from Ross Feretti over the last New Year's holiday. I flew to Philly to pick it up and drive it 10 hours back home. As you can imagine this was a big risk, since I had a one-way ticket, so I was pretty much trusting that Ross had the truck in good shape, not just for the drive home, but for years to come! He constantly assured me on the phone that the truck passed the PA state inspection to have a rebuilt title, etc. When I picked it up on New Year's eve, it looked good from a distance, so I was optimistic that it would be great. Everything seemed great, so I paid and off I went. And it really was pretty good. The only big issue was that the side view mirror only adjusted up and down, not left and right. I called Ross and mentioned this (remember, I'm 10 hours away) hoping that he would split the cost with me for a replacement, but he refused. The local Honda dealer wanted $475 to replace it, crazy I know! I bought one from Amazon for $100, and watched a YouTube video and replaced it myself - so not a huge deal. The bigger deal was when I took it to my state inspector to get the title in my name. It failed inspection in 2 areas, which cost me $1,200 to repair. Bottom line: if you're OUT OF STATE, MAKE SURE you know what the inspectors from your state will be looking at before you buy! Of course Ross can't meet the standards from every state, so it's UP TO YOU to know that, or just figure if there is something they catch, hopefully it won't be too bad to make it a bad deal for you. My deal was still a good deal or me, although Ross doesn't get a gold star for customer service! So have some patience if you have to fix something, and be prepared to run around to get things fixed before the temp tag runs out. Yes, I know you can get another one, but I tried to get everything fixed asap. There was no way I could have done the two bigger repairs myself, so I'm just glad it wasn't worse than it was. I hope this helps someone else - but if you're out of PA, I'd be very careful about buying something from Ross - you're taking a risk, so as long as you're aware of that, go for it. I purchased this vehicle based on the description onlline. I sent multiple emails, pictures and estimated in regards to the vehicle being delivered different as described. During the purchase process Ross Ferretti assured me I had nothing to to worry about as the state of Pennsylvania ensured laws with warranty periods of 30 days. I have been in contact with this company and showed almost $3000 in terrible issues from 3rd party reports and estimates. Ross offered $500 to help. He has yet to even sent the $500 to help with repairs on a 2014 For Expedition with less than 30k miles. This is over 90 days old since he promised to send the money. I have all emails, pictures, estimates and recorded conversations to prove. I received the truck with everything from deep paint gouges to bald tires, snot on the roof, rust on a 2 year old body, and much more. read more

I paid $500 deposit on a chevy equinox today to "hold the car" as Ross specifically stated. The girl Carol stated that she would email the receipt for the $500 down payment, she never did. I spoke with with Greasy Ross and informed him of that fact, he stated she stepped out but that he would see to it that she emailed me. Of course, Carol did not email me my receipt. The loan application was denied and I informed Ross of that, he recommended finding out specifically why it was denied and I initially did so. However, I decided that I wanted my down payment back, Greasy Ross did not respond to my 2 emails to refund my money, which I found curious because he responded to my previous Correspondent emails. I called him and asked him if he saw my emails to which he responded that the car was already getting detailed and that he can send me pictures as proof. In other words, he had no intention of returning my $500 dollars and stated the contract in which he initially stated was for down payment to hold the car was no longer for that but was for not having to return my $500. He and Carol are both Greasy and pathetic liars, and sheisty individuals. I would highly recommend no one deal with these individuals, there "business" looks more like a trailer park than a car dealership. They are in no way a car dealership, there is no lot, all three individuals in there were not dressed as professional. In fact, they were dressed as if there were no heat in the trailer park because it was not heated. Carol was even wearing some dirty disgusting sneakers which caught my attention. It was as a complete waste of time dealing with these sheisty individuals. I am for sure going to look into getting my money back from these unprofessional individuals, and that is putting it mildly. read more

I used them as a broker to buy from copart and much to my surprise the estimated cost of copart and feretti motor fees were only about 66% of what the actual fees were. I get they dont control the copart fees but they are pretty standard and the title fee that feretti motors charges $20-150 (most will be $100) is not included in the estimate at all. I was a little frustrated that that fee was never disclosed anywhere except in the fine print of the agreement to sign up for the account way at the very bottom. read more

Absolutely horrible! Ross told us our car was ready to be picked up. We drove an hour to pick up our car. We drove away and had to fill our tank up with gas, yes there was an Empty tank of gas with a new purchase. After looking around the car we realized the interior was not cleaned, coffee spots on dashboard etc. obviously they detailed outside only. After we drove 20 mins to go home we realized we had no inspection stickers. We had to go back to get inspection which was a complete inconvenience. There was also a new crack in the windshield that was not there when we first test drove car. Ross promised to fix it and has not done so. (The glass guy was supposed to meet us when we came for our inspection). It's obvious Ross isn't concerned with customer service, he's just looking at the next sale to make money. I was promised that the Truck would be delivered on 7/15/12 I was expecting it to be delivered on this date, and had a family road trip planed for that coming weekend. Well to a shock the Truck was not delivered to me on the date promised. NO PHONE CALL was received from this company to say sorry, but the car could not be promised on this date. They were not willing to refund shipping cost, nor place me in a rental until i received possession of the Truck they promised me. A COMPLETE WEEK passed before the Truck was delivered to me. It became a back and forth phone battle with Ross to when the Truck was going to be delivered to me. Ok so finally a week later than promised, the Truck Arrives. I was promised 30 Day Tags, as well as the title to be sent along with the delivery of the Truck. And of course nothing was sent with the truck. The truck had a empty tank of gas..... And of course the excuse was because federal laws state that cars cant be transported with fuel in them. Sad to say the car was delivered on a flatbed trailer, and they used a standard street truck.... So that was BS. The Day I received the Truck, it had several DEEP scratches and a few were showing rust. The inside of the car smelled like MOLD!!! AND STILL DOES! The front bumper was loose, and had broken front bumper clips. The Truck sat parked in my drive way for over two weeks before I received 30 Day Tags From Ross. I was promised that the front bumper would be repaired. I was advised (BY ROSS) to take it into a repair shop to get a quote ($120) Its been a month to this date and I still have not received payment to fix the bumper, or to address the mold smell inside the Truck. Guys And Gals, All I can say is stay away from these people. ROSS (Sales Person) Will fill your ears with everything you will want to hear. If it sounds to good to be true, normally its ,,,,,,,, UNTRUE. I just wish I would have done my research before I wasted my time and money with these people. I'm super happy with my car, everything that was promised was delivered. When I picked the car up it was nicely detailed and waiting for me. I bought a 2013 refurbished BMW from David at Feretti Motors in May of this year. I am abroad and David promised me that the car was in perfect condition; I trusted him and bought it sight unseen. Over the course of the next few months, I discovered bolts missing on the wheels, an airbag that didn't fit the steering wheel, a cracked brake cover plate and a horn that didn't sound. These repairs cost me $3500. David chipped in $200 and told me sorry for my choice of mechanic. read more

Finally getting around to writing a few words about Feretti Motors, and Ross, our salesman. I think it's as important to say when things go right as it is to complain when it doesn't. We bought a VW Jetta GLI with the Autobahn Package in March from these folks, and have been very very happy with this purchase. I told Ross that this qualifies as the easiest car transaction we have ever done, and we've done probably more than a dozen. We requested that we have the car inspected by a third party, and he had the car delivered there. Feretti Motors don't charge all those annoying fees and surcharges that a lot of places do, which was very refreshing. After a great deal of research and talking with several collision guys, we came to realize that an R Title isn't such a bad thing IF the collision was light and it's been put back together properly. Even my way too cautious wife is now saying she will be checking out Feretti when the time comes for her to buy a car. We absolutely love the GLI that we bought. Rock solid at 100mph and the six speed manual is just the icing on this sweet cake. read more
