We signed a contract on September 16, 2025, paid $10,000 to begin the project, and were told the work would take approximately 7-10 days. In my experience, the project was not completed within that timeframe. After several months, major items remained unfinished, including flooring, doors, closet hardware, and other agreed-upon work. Some painting was incomplete or, in my opinion, poorly finished, and materials and equipment were left behind at the property. We ultimately had to complete or hire others to complete much of the remaining work ourselves, including carpet removal, flooring, electrical work, painting, and door installation. I also incurred additional inconvenience and expense related to storing our belongings while the project remained unfinished. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again.

I arranged for an appointment on 6-21 at 9:00am which gave them four days advance notice for the appointment. On the day they were supposed to show up, I arrived at 8:30 am to make sure that I would be at the property when they arrived. At 11:00 am, I decided to call to confirm the appointment since no one had come. At that point, I was told they had an emergency appointment and that they would return my call later in the day. Despite calling 2 more times with promises that someone was coming, no one ever showed up. I finally left the house at 4:45 pm after deciding they would not call that day. The following day was friday so I only had 1 day to find a plumber to replace the valve right away at that point. I decided to call them back again first thing in the morning because they had left me without any time to find a new plumber by the next day when my guests were going to check-in. First, I explained to them the urgency of the situation and I even begged them just to honor the appointment since i didn't have any time left. Once again, I was told I would receive a call back from someone that wouldn't ever show. I eventually had to call around until I eventually found router king which despite charging me twice the going rate for the same work b ecause of the emergency, did finish the job for me.

Fast forward till summer of 2015 and 1 of the wax rings went which caused a series leak from my upstairs bathroom into my downstairs bathroom. Keen plumbing was questioned as to why he used 2 wax rings instead of the extension and gave a BS excuse, Keen (the son, not the father) gave my Mom another bs excuse by stating "well if you had a heavy person sit on the toilet it will loosen the wax ring". If you ask any plumber they will tell you that you don't put 2 wax rings on top of one another. Now it's 2016, and I just located more water damage in my dining room due to the water leaking. I do not recommended Keen plumbing at all.. Especially when confronted with this issue, Keen did not offer any assistance!

He built my friend's 4000 square foot home from the ground up---and it is beautiful. Josh was super responsive and very professional, providing us with a detailed contract that included the full scope of the work so that there would be no surprises, The time for completion of the project was a little longer than we had expected but since we don't live there through the winter months (when the work was being done) it impacted our use of the property only minimally. The bathroom he remodeled was a total gut job. We had a ridiculously large soaking tub, only one sink and a small shower. He removed the tub, installed a 92" custom vanity (done by Euroline Designe), a larger frameless shower, a custom framed mirror, new recessed lights and all new flooring. We are so pleased with how it functions now, and absolutely love the way it looks. He's a good guy with a lot of integrity who takes pride in his work...something you don't see too often nowadays.
