I went out to look at the rails and the finish was beginning to rust. They also did not install rings that fit at the base next to the concrete (which I thought was included. wrong) I went to the store and showed pictures of the rusted rails to Evan. He said he would order new ones and replace them. He then handed me the rings to install myself. I waited another 2-3 weeks to hear from Fox. Nothing. I called and told the receptionist about this. She said she would ask about it and call me back. Again, nothing. A few days later, I look out my back window and Neal is cleaning the rust from the rails. I go down to look at them, and he tells me that these were rails they had in the "back". New rails would be more money. I could not understand why I was not given the choice of cheaper rails from the back or new ones. When I placed the order I assumed I was going to receive a new product. Wrong again. I went to the store to talk to Evan and he was extremely rude, and kept interrupting me. He said he showed me the rails and said I agreed to buying them. I was NEVER shown the rusted rails. Evan also said he GAVE me the rings without charge, which was not communicated to me. All of this in front of his receptionist. I told him I was going to pay the balance of the rails and ladder if he thought he was bringing fair. He said he definitely was being fair and rudely walked away. I would discourage anyone from using this company.

Their pool designer, Scott Schlock, sat down with us in the beginning of our journey... showing us every model of pool they make and the materials we could use in our own design of pool. We had never designed our own pool before, but with Scott's help we chose a Greek style pool with wide steps leading down into the water. Scott stayed with us for every major development with the pool and let us know what to expect next. He was a huge help! The whole process took around 4 months and we were able to watch every step as the pool took form from our sunroom. The crews that dug out the pool, laid the pool foundation, and the cement around the pool were organized and moved quickly, they worked tirelessly in the heat. The entire company works together like a well oiled machine. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this pool company. Aqua Blue Pools gave us an amazingly beautiful pool and it was finished to swim in two weeks earlier than has been predicted. We are very happy!

We paid this company to come out and do an inspection of our pool. We told them we needed a…read moredetailed inspection and what it was for, and they did the most generalized inspection did not even bother to fill the liner and see where it had bubbles and where the water was getting back behind the liner. Do not use this company for inspections. We had two other companies come out here and give an inspection and they showed things that were definitely wrong with the pool, but this company had no clue what was going on with it. Their inspection said that all looked good. With an inspection like that, I would be afraid to have them install a pool. It would make me scared that their work would reflect that as well I would be very weary.

Since I've been having issues with my pool equipment and keep in the water clean.. My existing and current Pool Company has been very unreliable and unresponsive. And I've been frustrated.
