It was tough to get used to the mattress/gel pillows. It was much lower than our old one, so we had to buy the extenders. Long story short, the mattress was very firm, but we always had pain in our neck area going into the top of our backs. 7 months later we bought a gel/pillow top hybrid. It was very professionally delivered and set up today. We will try it this evening, and hope it's exactly what we are wanting. I think it will be. Great customer service (*although I'm not sure why they took the extra extenders with them. We thought they were ours, even though they actually had to lower the foundation so the mattress wasn't so high).

I don't recommend them. I called Thursday morning. They came out late Thursday afternoon to fix the…read moreair conditioner. It was low on Freon and it took him over two hours to find the leak. The leak was the Schrader valve. As common as that is, I would've thought he would've checked that first. But that's OK. My real complaint is that they didn't fix it until late Monday afternoon. All day Friday I called several times to get a quote on the repair. I could not get one. She was still waiting for an email back from the supplier on a part. Really?? You can't call them again. Apparently they sent me a bill for the first day that he was there and wanted that paid before they would come out and do the repair.. OK I get that. But at least send it to me. I don't know where they sent it, but I never got anything from them. She had an incorrect email down for me. I know when you send out an email and it doesn't go through it notifies you so she could've called. But didn't. I paid the bill immediately and it still took them till Monday late afternoon to get there to fix it. Thank goodness it was not in the middle of summer. I would never use them again.

The house came with a home warranty. When the unit broke, the home warranty company wouldn't let me fix it myself. I wouldn't get reimbursed for anything if I worked on it. I called around and spoke to different contractors, but the owner of State Aire was the most knowledgeable contractor that I spoke to. More importantly, he had the same philosophies that I have as a manager. I was happy to see that translate through the work of his technicians, specifically Mario (pictured). He performed a textbook TXV replacement. He used the manufacturer's recommended procedures, top of the line tools, and exhibited solid industry knowledge. I'm probably one of the most discerning HVAC customers that one could imagine and State Aire met and exceeded every expectation I had. I might even be dropping off a resume soon.
