They have a lovely showroom, and the gentleman who helped us pick out our selections was great. However, after that our experience was disappointing. First of all, they gave us the wrong lead-times several times - they kept getting longer until eventually we were told that almost none (!) of our selections actually existed to be ordered. I can understand perhaps being surprised by one supplier - but to tell us that multiple items on their showroom floor, from multiple suppliers, were discontinued without their knowledge indicates a pretty big lack of attention on their part. We were working with Kara on our order; this was a very negative experience. She was irresponsible and inaccessible, failing to get us estimates anywhere near her promised timelines (i.e. weeks later) and failing to return multiple calls. She later explained that she was either traveling and/or working on bigger projects than ours that were consuming her time; when we asked who covered her for our questions, she seemed surprised and said "nobody." She seemed exasperated with us for wanting attention, and expected us to understand that we were low-priority compared to her other clients. We canceled our order and went elsewhere. Edited to add: Despite the posting date, this occurred in fall 2014. Once I finally posted my review - I had forgotten to post - the owner reached out to me immediately. He seemed very responsive and proactive.

He stuck to the quote he gave and got the work done quickly. He also sent proof that he was insured and had his contractor license, and sent a contract before starting the work, which made me feel a lot better. You'll see in the pictures that the project was left unpainted. That was our choice, we'll paint it ourselves. I have no doubt that Tsetsi would have done a fantastic job doing that as well.

The owner, Tsetsi, was highly recommended by a plumber that had done work for us. Tsetsi completed our master bathroom remodel as well as renovation of 4 other bathrooms in the house. The quality of work was excellent. He did a beautiful job redesigning the master bath shower. The tile work he did in the master bath shower and around the bathtub was exceptionally beautiful. He also tiled floors in three of the other bathrooms and they are all equally as nice. His attention to detail was impressive. Tetsi also recommended other tradesmen for work on the job such as a plumber, electrician, and a company that we worked with to have quartz countertops installed in each bathroom. The quality of these people was also exceptional. Of note, each of them commented to me about the high quality of Tsetsi's work, and how easy he is to work with. Tsetsi has repaired boards on our deck, managed and built supports under the deck for a hot tub, painted cabinets, built shelves, and things I can't even remember. He can make just about anything happen. The communication with Tsetsi is the best I have had with someone who worked on my house. This was especially important because the house being worked on is three hours from our full-time residence. It was reassuring that he kept in close contact. He was willing to do anything we asked, and he was able to figure out what needed to be done. The cost and timeline were right on target. Tetsi and his workers were respectful of our house and cleaned up after the work was done. We highly recommend TBH Home Solutions for just about any project on a house. Was promised they would call back after they looked at another job to see how long it would take either Monday or Wednesday. Wednesday night and no call back. I think they have an ego problem over there and I would never, EVER consider using them. IF you call them make sure you don't cancel or try and reschedule. It hurts their feeling if you would consider someone else.
