However, I ordered three hand-rails for my stairs and during contact the guy asked where I want the 14 foot piece to be cut. What? I wanted a 14 foot rail, so I obviously didn't want it cut. He assured me you wouldn't be notice it. I don't know why I took his word for it... it's not even the same piece of wood. I'm just upset because even if hypothetically they sent out a new 14 foot piece I would need a contractor to reinstall it and the balusters will look all messed up from having nails taken out and put back in. It's just a lost cause. It just isn't going to look good and that's that. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for how friendly they were. They changed the size of the plow, as it hadn't yet been made. See photos.

Christian was so patient and accommodating! He handled all the details and when he said someone would be there, they were. When we found the backsplash we wanted and it wasn't something he had readily available, he found it. Everyone that came and worked on our house and those we worked with in picking out products treated us like we were their number one priority. They said they liked working with Christian. They were all very professional and pleasant and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I'm actually sad to be wrapping up these projects. We are floored, but only by his bizarre behavior…read more Claiming to stand by his products & installation, at the first sign of us not being happy with the install, he refused to fix the issue. We took to online reviews since he wouldn't make it right, and he showed up at our door unannounced on Sunday, pounding and ringing the doorbell saying that he was going to sue us for defamation of character if we didn't remove our reviews. He obviously doesn't know the legal definition, but in good faith hoping to resolve the problem, we removed our reviews, except from Angieslist because when they asked why and we told them, they actually said that's a breech of his agreement with them to threaten any client for leaving a negative review. So, as long as he won't work with us to make this right, all reviews are back up. How crazy that a simple request to fill in grout where it is missing before we move our furniture back in would lead to such an overreaction on his part. Has this guy no conflict resolution skills or just no concept of good customer service? Does he threaten to sue everyone who's unhappy with his bogus satisfaction guarantee? If you have any complaints, you may end up with pounding on your door and empty threats of litigation. So, just beware, there may be a reason you see more good reviews than bad. We shouldn't have to grout any part of our floors after paying him for tile installation. We just want our tile grouted, dude. Get over yourself. Oh, and the thinset and grout slop all over the freshly painted walls, fast food trash, stinky banana peel on my counter, and empty beer bottles your subcontractor left behind were unacceptable. If they were sober, maybe they would have remembered to grout and clean up after themselves like you repeatedly promised they would. Pristine is the word you used to describe how they would leave our house. Or was it pigsty? Twitter account shows Get Floored linked to BBB and STG Chamber of Commerce, but we can't find him on the BBB or the CoC website. Is this a joke?

They said we were given a discount because they were going to order with another client's order, but I didn't really see any "discount" because it was so much more than our first quote. The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. I would not be writing this if they didn't blow me off like this.
