An associate by the name of Mike F., has been an excellent resource in helping me in a couple of very important projects. Today was no exception. I'm building a new shop in my back yard and since the shop has a loft, I needed someone to help me put together a plan for a pully system a little more complicated than just a basic system. Explaining to Mike what I was wanting to accomplish, he completely understood that this wasn't just a basic shop I was building and that I wanted to add a little more "cool factor" to the hatch lid system. Probably not a big deal to many, but for some of us, it helps to display our craftsmanship a little better. Mike, who has excellent people skills, takes great pride in his personal appearance and writes with a fountain pen, is very unique and really stands out in today's world of business associates. He started building the system as we spoke and as we were gathering materials, he explained not only the how, but the whys behind every piece while putting it together. In the end, I had a much better, robust and cooler pulley system than I had originally imagined, and it's going to be an awesome addition to the shop. Thanks Mike! I've waited 22 minutes today and asked twice. Sadly, the saw is broken at Lowe's or I would have gone there instead. The employees are aware this is an issue because the first one I asked sent out the request then told me good luck getting anyone to come. The other issue is 90% of the time, products are not in the aisle and bay where the app says they will be.

The only reason I give 1star is that there is not an option for a negative selection. This retailer…read morehas the audacity to package their items in two or maybe five piece packages in order to sell you the next size package which would be 20 or more for instance. I bought a bottle of loctite. Later I checked the receipt and saw they had charged me 300% more than regular retail. I took it back the next day unopened and was told that they had a no return policy. Show me the posted sign that says so. Nothing posted so they made the return but charged me a 30% restock fee. Most unfriendly retailer I have ever dealt with. Last place to go from now on.
