I'm a first-time shed builder and had been gathering a lot of information using AI, I know, I know, but I use it mainly to get ideas then run them past those who have had experience in those fields. Wes (has considerable experience in construction) and asked me if I needed any help, so I told him what I was doing and needed some expert advice on a couple of things, and as usual, I was overthinking a lot of it. Wes simplified what I was attempting to accomplish and it all finally made perfect sense to me. I've waited 22 minutes today and asked twice. Sadly, the saw is broken at Lowe's or I would have gone there instead. The employees are aware this is an issue because the first one I asked sent out the request then told me good luck getting anyone to come. This retailer…read morehas the audacity to package their items in two or maybe five piece packages in order to sell you the next size package which would be 20 or more for instance. I bought a bottle of loctite. Later I checked the receipt and saw they had charged me 300% more than regular retail. I took it back the next day unopened and was told that they had a no return policy. Show me the posted sign that says so. Nothing posted so they made the return but charged me a 30% restock fee. Most unfriendly retailer I have ever dealt with. Last place to go from now on.
