I was greeted by a couple (who I'm assuming are the owners) and a lady (who I'm assuming is their friend). All sweet, talented and friendly people. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and to my surprise it was whatever I wanted to pay as they claim to be a nonprofit organization. They are really just lovely folks and the coffee was great. The setting was almost antique like, with Christian books for sale and instruments as the owner played for me. I am definitely coming back! I highly recommend.

Unlike Tous Les Jours, which clearly lists ingredients/allergens by each pastry, 85°C is a bit more vague at the display. As someone who has to be careful about what's in my food, I'd love to see them adopt a more transparent labeling system so I don't have to guess or ask for every item.
