Was really happy to see Paris Baguette open up in the OKC Metro area. Been here a few times when ever I'm up in the Edmond area or Quailspring Mall. Came here for a quick brunch with my bestie and the family to celebrate my best friend's birthday! Also because my best friend said this place is comparable to Tous Les Jours, and so I was fairly intrigued because I love me some TLJ. The inside of Paris Baguette is very cute. Very ig worthy, albeit a little crowded with the seating but still cute nonetheless. Now choice wise, you are spoilt. You have everything from savory to sweet and in between. We got a bunch of pastries, sandwiches, and slices of cake to share. And well....I wish I had better news here, but dang. The pastries fell really short for us all! The chocolate supreme croissants were super dense, you can kind of see it in the picture too where the middle is kind of sinking in. In general, their puff pastry/croissant dough just fell pretty short for me. Something about the texture across all of them just wasn't quite right. The only thing I really liked was the Dubai chocolate mochi donut. The cakes were just okay too. A little too sweet for me and the chiffon cakes could be a little fluffier. I think the blueberry yogurt was decent, but everything else we tried was a little too sweet. The sandwiches we had...the bread was a little too tough too. Overall, cute bakery. This is the only place that I get my ham and cheese croissant! It is soooo good. Their baked goods are all so good. My favorite pastry was the Dubai chocolate mochi donut, SO good! One of the best mochi donuts I've had. These pastries are pretty pricey, each one ranges from about $4-$6. This is a really great bakery. The prices are a little high for each of the items but everything you get is high-quality freshly made and incredibly yummy. I love that you can get a tray and your own tongs and walk around all the choices and pick the items you want. They also have sandwiches that they will Grill or grab and go options as well. They also had some great looking coffee though I did not try it this time. Every pastry I got was incredible. The fruit on these pastries was so fresh and sweet and high-quality. This is a new shop that has opened recently. The owner is very humble, sweet and friendly. It was great meeting her and chatting a bit. The location is very nicely decorated and clean. They have beautiful class and all of their desserts and baked goods are delicious. I haven't tried their sandwiches. The kids enjoyed their pizzas which are made on a croissant crust. Amazing! The pricing is a bit high but I'm happy to support a local small business. The claws they have are beautiful. There currently isn't a military discount but maybe in the future the owner will consider it. The ingredients are listed on their signs for each individual product. I loved this so that my son with allergies could feel confident in choosing the items he wanted to eat. We were in the area multiple days in a row and ended up stopping by a few times. read more

Paris Baguette is a must visit! Their pastries are the most gorgeous creations. They're so pretty that you don't actually want to eat them. Everything I've tried there has tasted phenomenal. I even tried their milk bread which was soft, pillowy, and sweet. I can't wait to go back and get more pastries. My personal favorite was the strawberry croissant which was a blend between strawberries and cream and a croissant. They have some really unique flavor combos too. read more

It was my first time coming to Paris Baguette and was so excited! The cases had some yummy stuff but missing a few that I was looking forward to! I was told that they would be fuller on the weekends so we will try again then. For background, my family loves 85 degrees and we like Tous Les Jour occasionally. There were lots of options despite the cases being half empty. We tried the pastries with sausages (pastry frank & smoked sausage bread) on them and we unfortunately did not like them-- the sausages had a weird taste to them but this is purely preference. Ham & cheese pastry & pain au chocolat were good but nothing special. The pate a choux (cream puffs) were a good serving size but I felt like they were overfilled either cream that I couldnt appreciate the choux pastry. The chocolate supreme croissant was awesome! It felt like a chocolate dipped cronut! Biscoff Cookie Butter King Cream donut was all it says it would be! I also tried the Ghirardelli Hot chocolate as I havent had one since my last trip to San Francisco-- it was rich and delicious! I would revisit and stay to get some work done as there are a lot of seating and the vibes were great! Their team was nice & welcoming! I'm traveling through Oklahoma City. I stopped in here on August 8, 2025. What a great stop for me! Plenty of parking, nice comfortable decor with good light and outdoor seating if you want. Beautiful pastry cabinet as you enter and several sandwich choices. Today I had a tuna sandwich. It may sound odd to give a sandwich like this such a glowing review, but I'm going to. The bread is absolutely perfect. It is soft and creamy on the inside and the crust is thin, and just perfect. I think this would be considered pan de mie. Good portion size, very tasty coffee and excellent prices. Staff is very cheerful and all the appear to love working here. One last touch. Sorry, I have to be honest and lower my review. To best describe the service here is high anxiety rude. I feel like the only person that is friendly and tries is the barista. He is awesome, but some of the ladies at the cash register need better training especially since this is a high traffic bakery. This place needs more experienced workers, and should not hire people with no experience unless they are willing to actually fully train their employees. One girl that checked me out seemed high anxiety to the max due to the severely long line. She should have been trained to be more confident in her job before being placed at a cash register with high volume amount of customers. I felt sorry for her, but also was annoyed, because I am human too. Management needs to do better at training. read more

Came in out of the rain today looking for a good pastry and coffee, place was busy and buzzing with people. They got a lot of good looking options to choose from, including cakes and sandwiches. It really reminded me of the one I found in Dallas, TX. I just wish this one was on the south end of OKC. The danish and macaroons were so delicious and had a great sweet crunch to them. I went in around 6:30-7pm and they had very few options left of the pastries out for you to pick up yourself, but they have cake up front and a couple other pastries up there too, so I would definitely try to go earlier in the morning/afternoon to get a glimpse of all the goodies! Super excited for this place the first time I came around, tried a few different cake slices and loved them flavor wise. Every other time we came we saw flies on the display with food that you can grab your own, but let that go as other people obviously werent going to be careful with the cleanliness of the food and we only ever ordered items behind the food display. We came in today with hopes of trying one sandwiches we had seen the last time we came in, and saw flies all around, including in the displays that only the employees could open and close. We told one of the employees that their food had flies and she said that she would, "see what she could do about it" and proceeded to leave and not do anything about it. If you are willing to eat food full of flies, feel free to come on over! But definitely not my cup of tea and saw a few other people leave the establishment as they also saw the same thing. The first time I came, I grabbed a pastry and some kind of sandwich (can't quite remember what it was), but this time I went with the turkey baguette, toasted, and a cup of water. The sandwich was solid--fresh and satisfying. What I like most about this location is the variety. They've got a cool mix of options--pastries, cakes, different iced teas, mocha and matcha drinks, and smoothies (I saw a strawberry one on the menu). It's a nice spot to pop into, especially because it's close to home, which adds a big convenience factor for me. Only downside is that their traditional sandwich selection seems a little hit or miss. Either they don't prep all the options daily, or they're selling out fast--I went in around 10:50 AM and several weren't available. Still, it's a place I enjoy and will likely keep coming back to. For me this was an odd place. It was kinda of like a self serve doughnuts but then with other things thrown in like sandwiches both self serve or that could be ordered from their menu. It is kind of a neat little take on a new way of doing things though so if nothing else A+ for originality. My wife and I tried and variety of the various doughnuts that were on the self serve side of things and some where better than others but none were bad. None of them really wowed us though like some other doughnut stores here in OKC. Next time I would like to try maybe a breakfast sandwich as those were looking pretty good but by the time I figured out they were even an option we had already picked out several doughnuts and I didn't want to put them back into the piles. The checkout girls were very nice and complimented my tattoos and that was super for them to notice. We've been three times now to this location and are thrilled to have a Paris Baguette in Oklahoma. We have loved visiting the chain in South Korea, Dallas, and the east coast. Seating indoors is limited but there is patio seating outdoors as well. We easily got a seat on a Saturday at 8:30 am, but by 9 am it was packed. On a weekday afternoon, you'll have your pick of spots (but some items may be sold out - note to the Karens with previous reviews who showed up to a fresh baked daily bakery in the evening and then complained about the selection. ) Of the 4 iced drinks we've tried, 3 were a hit. The first time we went, ordering at the counter was slow and there was a lot of repeating, so we downloaded the app for our subsequent visits (bonus: the app has rewards) but then the app was glitching and I went to the counter and this time the process was smooth. On my most recent visit, I was enthusiastically greeted and welcomed by a female employee, which was a nice touch. Overall this place is going to put other bakeries out of business for the quality of pastries alone - the chocolate croissant and the coffee cronut are O. M. G. delicious. I noticed Paris Baguette on my way to Costco, so when I returned home, I called a friend to ask about it and check it out. We have to do that because my friend is on a low carb diet and bakeries are treasonous for them. We looked at the menu online and found the nutritional information that listed carbs per item. Huzzah! So we browsed and pointed out delights that were low carb enough and there were enough choices that they wouldn't feel restricted and denied goodies. We knew PB likely wouldn't have everything on the menu as some were seasonaland they might be sold out of others, but there were enough choices for my friend to still have some choice. So we went. I liked that they had the process explained right up front as you walk in, but I've been to Korean style bakeries before, so I knew to get a tray and tongs and make my selections from the cabinets and that other selections could be made at the counter (the hot sandwiches, the specialty cakes, beverages), but the first time I visited a Korean style bakery, I was clueless on how to do things. I appreciated the sign with instructions a lot. And they had choices! The pistachio strawberry cake was there (last one!) and there was a turkey sandwich. If my companion ate half of each, they could save the rest for another meal. They were pleased with both, commented on how fresh the pistachio cake was and how the blend of meat, cheese, and mustard on the sandwich leveled it up deliciously. They also got a raspberry mini tart for later and a tiramisu to take to their elderly grandmother. I got the egg and cheese twist roll. It was heated very nicely - warm to the last bite, the cheese all melty and dribbling out the back end so I had to keep twirling it back up to the sandwich. The egg was perfectly cooked, the cheese was the right amount and flavorful enough to carry the egg. And the twist roll! I don't know what it actually is, but the taste and texture were somewhere between croissant and pretzel bun. The sprinkle of flaked salt on top was the perfect finishing touch to the sandwich. It's been 5 hours since we were there, and I find I'm craving that sandwich, how utterly melty and salty and chewy and sweet and buttery and soft it was. Or maybe I'm just craving the twist roll. I also got the strawberry cream croissant, which was delicious. The strawberries were perfectly ripe, the cream thick and sweet, and the croissant soft, flaky, chewy. There were a few downsides - no knives. I really needed a knife to cut the strawberry cream croissant because it's too large and too messy to eat out of hand. I managed to make do with 2 forks because the croissant was tender enough (it's the strawberries that needed the knife - big, sweet, big, delicious, big). It took a long time to check out - and that I blame more on the customers and their indecisiveness than on the employees. Once we were able to reach a register, the process was quick and the employees brought out the hot sandwich and chilled cakes before we even got to sit down - excellent service. Not sure how to improve the checkout because customers really can't be controlled, can they? The knives, though.... And if that sign is right, they have a drive through? Oh my poor pocketbook, for if I can drive up to get that egg and cheese twist roll or a half dozen of just twist rolls, that would be amazing. I'd go inside for those rolls. And there are many other pastries and sandwiches I'd like to try. read more

It may say Paris but they don't have to be as rude as the French. I spoke to the young woman who refused to give me her name, but who said several times that they close at 9 PM. I told her I wasn't sure but I thought I remember them closing at 8 PM. She apologized for that confusion but no, she assured me they closed at 9 PM. So I redirected my route and headed there. I called again because I wondered if they had an item I was specifically looking for. This was at 8:05. I was greeted with a recording that said that they were closed. First time visiting Paris Baguette, selections were scarce, understandable for a Sunday evening. We were never greeted when we walked in, only one person behind the counter, spent very long time checking people out. Finally another person emerged and I inquired about king donut, what my daughter was looking for , another woman comes from the back and informs me the person I just asked was "on break.." This person is standing in front of a bakery rack with pastries on it. I explained it was my FIRST time there, and again inquired about the king donut, and she said "if it's not there where don't have any" about the time she said this, middle way down the bakery rack I noticed king donuts, I pointed at the rack and asked if those were king donuts. She confirms they were and asked if I wanted them, I said yes.. She told me I couldn't have any until I went and got a try and tongs. WTF? Talking to me like I'm a child.. pathetic. I just told her it was our first time there, no CLEAR directions about a tray and tongs. Quite a few of the selections that were left were either missing a label or labels on wrong pastries. No positive vibe about this establishment, once we started checking out, it took forever for the guy to package up the pastries, some bags had one pastry, others had 2 and a few had 3, dumbest thing..
