I took my vehicle here to get some work done. I hear they do really good work. I had to get my ignition coils changed out. They quoted me around $800 I believe. He said that's the price that would get them started. I went for a second opinion to a friend of mine in Houston. He was able to do the whole job for $300. So not a big difference in price. I feel like Fernandez was shooting me straight. They are just a little more expensive. But you know what they say. "You get what you pay for". A few days later my truck was hit by an 18 wheeler. I contacted. Fernandez because I knew they had a wrecker service. Man you talk about nice people. The wrecker driver Steve came out. This was the nicest guy I had a pleasure oof doing business with. I've always watched wrecker drivers man handle cars. They have always been real rough with them. Even though my truck had a lot of damage. He still was very gentle with my truck. Explained to me everything he was doing. He put blocks down and pads down to help pull the truck to the top of the flatbed. He was an excellent wrecker driver. I would highly recommend Fernandez for their wrecker service and especially if you're lucky enough to get Steve. The mechanical part of it. I feel like they are on the high side but I don't know what it takes to run such a big shop. I feel like he shot me straight and was far. He was just a little more expensive than the competition. I can't tell you if my truck is still running like a charm because it was wrecked. So who knows. All in all, I think if you choose to get work done at Fernandez Auto shop. I think you're getting a square deal. You might be paying a little more than the other mechanics. But I think your still getting a good deal with an auto service that can fulfill more needs than just mechanic work. I think this is the kind of shop you want on your side because you never know what's going to happen. read more

What a fabulous service! They were timely to get to me, patient with me getting things out if my truck. Helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, offering different auto shop places for me to call to see if the could take and fix my truck. He was very polite, and I felt safe in my ride with him to the service shop. It's the way such a service should be. So glad I got them for towing my truck. read more

On Friday night, AAA referred me to Fernandez&Sons because my 2021 Toyota Sienna (Hybrid) started malfunctioning on me and my kids while we were in Sealy TX on our way toward Austin. The nice guy from Fernandez & Sons waited patiently while we had to make arrangements which included the arrival of my son to pick us up. We experienced incredible courtesy in my distress. The trip could have cost us more than $297 easily with the drive from Sealy TX to our home toward the city. I was stranded on the 1-10 feeder road and called AAA. They told me that a towing company would be there within 1.5 hours. Josh with Fernandez & Sons showed up less than 30 minutes later (thank goodness because it was HOT in the side of the road!). He loaded my car and then took us to my local repair shop in Houston. He was completely professional, but also kind and funny. It was a long ride - I think about 70 miles - but very enjoyable. He got my car delivered and then took me home. What could have been a terrible experience turned out to be fantastic and I can't say enough good things about the service. read more

These guys are honest, professional, friendly, timely, and fairly priced. I originally called Mark Fernandez Senior and he sent out Mark Jr. who was closer to us in a very remote location. He got my Dad's truck wrenched out of the mud. I was referred by my Mom after a few bad experiences in the Columbus area with some other guys they delivered. We couldn't be more satisfied. 2 weeks ago my friends and I were coming back from New Braunsfels and has the unfortunate luck of getting a blowout. Stuck on the side of the freeway, Allstate quoted us 2 hour wait time for a wrecker. Luckily Yelp came to my aid and I was able to contact the first wrecker I saw, Fernandez & Sons. Fernandez we're able to locate us and within 20 minutes arrived. Our tower was able to take us to nearby Walmart to get a new tire within minutes. Definitely would recommend. read more
