We installed 2 new kitchens, 2 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and a bunch of other things in between. At every step, Shafayet worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care Multi put in to make it right. The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. Promised he could complete by July 14th. He took $16,000 deposit in May, and then a couple of days later he needed another $6,000. He hired some people for a couple days to break up concrete. He never paid his sub (sprinkler and lighting guy) so I had to pay that out of pocket so they wouldn't rip out all of the sprinkler/lighting work. Another $4k there. My back yard is a complete disaster since he hasn't been back in over a month and won't return my calls/emails/texts. The few trees that he planted are all dead. He busted up my new fence when cutting down a tree that he wasn't supposed to cut down, there's another $1,600 to fix. See pics for before and current. My backyard wasn't even all that bad before, now I'm out $28k with nothing to show for it but a ruined muddy/overgrown back yard. The joints were uneven and still had old material/debris visible, there were missed areas, streaking/staining, and multiple sections looked worse after the job than before. This was not just my opinion. Ricky came to my property the following Wednesday, inspected the patio himself, and acknowledged that the work was unacceptable and that something went wrong with the install. He told me he would come back that Saturday with his crew to redo everything. No one showed up. My property cameras confirm that no crew came. My follow-up calls and texts were then ignored again. The only time I was able to reach him was when I called from a different number. At this point, I do not trust WeatherX to perform or correct this type of work. I am hiring another qualified contractor to inspect and repair the patio, and I will be pursuing recovery of the correction costs. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend WeatherX for patio/paver pressure washing, sanding, or sealing.

Job was completed before the start of winter before we actually moved in for gutter cleaning and power washing. Noticed that they did not have a tall ladder (we have a split level) but didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe they have fancy tools or what not to clean the gutters. We have gutter guards and were told by WeatherX that the guards are working because the gutters are very clean. We took their word for it and never actually checked that the work was done. Well fast forward a few months, now that we're moved in, the gutters were gushing water from the top during a rain storm. Our neighbor was kind enough to come check for us and when he removed guard, see image attached for what he found. And don't tell me this accumulated in 3 months in the dead of winter with no trees around. Regarding the power washing, house looked aesthetically clean from the outside, but we noticed water on the inside of the house in one of the windows after the cleaning so I reached out to them immediately. I never heard back from them. Grant it they were very responsive when I was booking them and then they ghosted me. They also promised me an emailed invoice post cleaning and got nothing. So, there's my two cents. Hope you have better luck with them then me.

We extended our deck by a few feet in both directions but were able to keep our existing wood and iron. The iron work we originally had was simple and unimpressive. With a few simple additions Sean and his team made it look elegant and charming. Our backyard is like a little French country garden. Sean listened to my husband and my requests (albeit different) And brought our visions together. We now have more space to play with our kids and somehow more variety of flowers and herbs with our new raised flower boxes. Whenever any problems a rouse Sean and his team solved them in a very timely matter. I highly recommend New Eco.
