Since then he's moved locations to the building down the street, the office is bigger and more updated that his previous location. The staff is REALLY friendly, instead of calling me to the window for my information the receptionist walked out with a clipboard and handed it to me while taking my insurance card and picture ID. Seldom have I ever seen this happen at a doctor's office. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out in an hour and a half, which was great, they don't double book. I was called in 30 mins after check in, the nurse took my vitals and weighed me. The ONLY thing that sucked was the blood pressure machine (automatic one) it has a death grip! Very friendly nurse, everyone knows how much it sucks to be weighed... It's like you're being put on trial, any ways she was super relaxed and chill. I was put in the room to wait for the doctor, roughly 10-15 mins later he came in. Dr. Mora is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with each patient. He's very caring and offers alternatives to whatever your ailment is. Check out is a breeze since everything is digital he had all my prescriptions ready to go as soon as he exited the room.

I took the chance and called the office to check--so very happy I took that extra step!! Today, after more than a decade, I came back home to our doctor and his wonderful staff. I was especially grateful that, mask and all, Dr. Logroño remembered me. So did his medical assistants: Rita and Sarita, who our family is very fond of. Another thing that irritated was the fact that he charges a $50 fee upfront to see him. He doesn't run insurance unless labs and other things are needed which made me even more irritated. However once I actually went in and saw him, I was so pleased! Dr. Issa listened to everything that I had to say and was patient with me. I did not feel rushed or just a another to patient to him. His bed manner is exceptionally. I have raved about him to my mom and others. I love that certain things are readily accessible within his office and doesn't require prescriptions or orders to outside labs. At the end, I made a 2nd appt but knew I would need to see a few other doctors as well. During one of my other doctor's visits, my blood work was requested from Rheumatology Center and the amazing staff in the front office had my results sent to the other doctor's office in MINUTES! I'm Catholic he was Catholic he told me Jesus was going to cure me. I was feeling very sick from the ra and all my complications to go with it and I wanted him to help me get a leave of absence from my job and he would not help me. Thank God I ended up in the hospital and a nurse recommended a Dr Jaffe for me another rheumatologist. He was most helpful and he helped me get Social Security disability. Dr Jose Garcia told me people with rheumatoid arthritis should at least work part-time. I don't have good memories of him at all and I would never recommend him to anybody this is the first time I wrote a review on him. And it is many years later. After I got my social security disability I eventually ended up with Dr George Munoz in the Aventura area who is the most excellent doctor I've ever been to. I even went into remission from my rheumatoid arthritis after being on rituxin infusions. Thanks to Dr Munoz. Everything I'm writing on here is the truth. When I think about Dr Garcia it's not with anything positive at all. The one good thing he did do for me was put me on Humira injections and they had just come out at the time. I remember telling Dr Jaffe that Dr Garcia told me Jesus was going to cure me. Dr Garcia if you ever read this you made a very big mistake with me and you did not treat me very well either. And no I would not recommend you to anybody that is for sure. A lot of people don't have the guts to write the truth this is my truth.
