I'm Catholic he was Catholic he told me Jesus was going to cure me. I was feeling very sick from the ra and all my complications to go with it and I wanted him to help me get a leave of absence from my job and he would not help me. Thank God I ended up in the hospital and a nurse recommended a Dr Jaffe for me another rheumatologist. He was most helpful and he helped me get Social Security disability. Dr Jose Garcia told me people with rheumatoid arthritis should at least work part-time. I don't have good memories of him at all and I would never recommend him to anybody this is the first time I wrote a review on him. And it is many years later. After I got my social security disability I eventually ended up with Dr George Munoz in the Aventura area who is the most excellent doctor I've ever been to. I even went into remission from my rheumatoid arthritis after being on rituxin infusions. Thanks to Dr Munoz. Everything I'm writing on here is the truth. When I think about Dr Garcia it's not with anything positive at all. The one good thing he did do for me was put me on Humira injections and they had just come out at the time. I remember telling Dr Jaffe that Dr Garcia told me Jesus was going to cure me. Dr Garcia if you ever read this you made a very big mistake with me and you did not treat me very well either. And no I would not recommend you to anybody that is for sure. A lot of people don't have the guts to write the truth this is my truth.

Waited a long time to be called. The assistant took my weight and BP. She was pleasant. I thought I was seeing Dr Lam, as referred by my doctor, but I saw Jacqueline Rodriguez, NP. She spent less than 10 minutes with me. I explained all I need at this point is management of my disease. Filling my meds. She then walked me to the front and ordered a ton of lab work. Second, visit pretty much the same, except prior to I needed 1 of my medications filled and was called by someone to tell me this medication in not used in their practice and I should go back to my previous doctors office. I was told the same thing by Jacqueline Rodriguez who sounded like a broken record and she had to speak with Dr Lam before she filled the prescription. Let's see what happens next visit, a refill is due.

Dr Lam was relentless and patient in trying to find my diagnosis, the root cause and the best treatment given my life as a young women who had gone through pregnancy & 13m breastfeeding during this journey. I drive a good 40 minutes to get to his office but he is worth the drive. My shoulder was hurting since my fall in January and I had gone to an orthorpedic doctor who took an X-ray and said just pulled ligaments . Dr Weitz recently took an X-ray of my shoulder and you could see on X-ray I had fractured my shoulder and that is why I have had so much pain but the orthopedic did nothing except show me exercises to do. I am so grateful to be a patient of a wonderful doctor who really cares. Parking can be tight but on the top level there are spots.
