Initially, the technician assumed the shower was clogged, but later realized it was a deeper issue. He said he needed to remove the toilet to snake the sewer line, and claimed the problem was resolved. However, just 4-5 hours later, sewage began backing up into the shower, and both toilets stopped flushing entirely. I contacted him that evening, asking for urgent help--no response. I called and texted again the next morning, and only then did he reply to say he was on vacation. He offered no backup plan or referral, leaving me to find another plumber to fix the mess. To make matters worse, he charged me $480 for snaking the shower and toilet--an excessive price for about 1 hour's work, given the poor outcome and lack of follow-up. I called them back to come and remark the problem and they refused as they said that the technician did the scope for free and they were not responsible for the wrong location Thank you very much Ben Franklin
