Tony showed up on time, did an excellent job, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I hired him to treat my roof to remove moss, and he did that. He also gave me a good price on shampooing a carpet, and he knocked that job out quickly, removing the stains and adding a deodorizer. He agrees to a job, then only partially completes it, leaving tasks unfinished or poorly done. He operates entirely on his own schedule -- showing up late, leaving randomly, and ignoring any structure or expectations. His behavior was also very strange and off-putting -- awkward and erratic in how he worked and interacted, making the whole experience uncomfortable. He even showed up under the influence at times. I used to manage an office in Monterey, and we hired Tony to clean the office. Upon first meeting, he boasted of how he used to body build.. strange. After he was supposed to clean, there were many areas that were still dirty, so we reached out about the unsatisfactory job only for him to be very angry and unprofessional. We then received a message from his wife, Kristina's, Facebook page of a bogus review they threatened to leave on OUR business page if we didn't delete the bad review we left for him. Tony is very professional and very thorough. I called him to help with my elderly parents home in the Carmel Valley Ranch. He explained how to best address the mess our dogs made. He found and marked all spots ahead of time. Tony used special equipment to get along borders where male dogs marked. He is very strong and easily moved furniture around to get everything. He was able to do area rugs same day in our house too. (other than companies had to remove and return at a later date) Tony saw some battery spots in the garage and let me know he was able to remove them and also cleaned the entry way so that we did not drag tree sap in and onto the carpets. Terrible service and very bad quality. Onwer Tony demanded to pay in advance $250 for 300 SQ F carpet. I paid in advance and after I saw how bad the carpet looks after his cleaning asked him to re do or refund. He promised to re clean. When he swiped up he again demanded $150 in advance for making it looks good. When I refused and asked him to clean first, he said my carpet needs to be replaced because it "since 2005" while I replaced it in just 18 months ago. I tried to send him the photos of the dirty spots and lines from his vacuum , but he blocked my number. Do not trust him. He hate what he is doing and doesn't respect his customers. So great! Tony was recommended by another local vendor. His Yelp listing says On the Spot Carpet Cleaning, but Tony did "the works" on the exterior of my home (pretty much everything but carpets). Came by my house shortly after I called, talked knowledgeably about what projects should be done, and used his supplies to demonstrate what "clean" looks like on a section of my walkway. Returned couple of days later - pressure washed the moss growing all over my slate roof, bleached the Carmel Stone walkway, rinsed off exterior of the house, cleaned out my gutters, cleaned my windows, power washed my driveway. House looks like new! Even washed my cars and the garbage cans on the way out the door. All told it was 14 hours over 3 days. Has a truck with all the water, hoses, etc in it, so did not use my water. Tony takes a lot of pride in his work. As far as work ethic and knowledge/ ability, Tony is your guy. Had Tony do my fiancé's jeep as a wedding present on Friday. He charged $400 to detail her car. I definitely did not get that. Lots of details were missed. Also had a neighbor tell me he was blaring his system in his van and rattling their windows (These neighbors never complains being as they have teenagers). He met me at the property within 15 minute of my call, gave me a VERY reasonable quote and was working on the carpet that afternoon.
