I recently bought a used car sight unseen from out of state and was looking for a quality deep cleaning that wouldn't break the bank. I had driven by this business for years but had never stopped in to get my vehicle washed. What a mistake that was! They did an excellent job cleaning every crevice of my car. The previous owner made some modifications to the vehicle, and I needed to remove a few things and reattach the vehicle badging. After the wash, I asked the owner, Tosh, how much it would cost to make these alterations. He came out, looked at the vehicle, and said it would be free. Not to mention, he did the work himself. Prices are VERY reasonable I pulled up just cause I pass this place often and see that they do hand washes (I don't like the automated car washes) and I checked online where it said $85 for inside and out of my car. Usually I wouldn't spend that but my car was in need of some TLC Pulled in and told the guy, he looked at it and said I don't need all of that, that $35 would be able to cover both the interior and exterior. I was happy with his honesty as he could have charged me the $85 and I would have been none the wiser. They have a comfortable seating area to wait and the washrooms were clean. Arrived at Ferrara and was greeted right away by Eric (manager). I wanted my SUV detailed (paint looked dull and had some minor scratches) they recommended the VIP treatment (VIP clean gives you a deep interior cleaning that includes seat shampooing, and an exterior detail that includes machine buffing and a clay bar treatment). Now please be aware that the VIP treatment will take 3-4hrs, so be patient it will be worth your while. When I saw the finished product I was amazed. The vehicle looked amazing, inside and out. The exterior of the car was a mirror! The inside looked brand new and smelled great. Now remember to clean out the car as best as possible so they can do their job. I want to thank both Eric and Christian for taking care of my 2020 X7, it looks amazing. You may want to call ahead and make sure of the timetable of the vehicle, they do get pretty busy. read more

Really poor attitude at this place. Pulled up and was not acknowledged for probably 10 minutes, I patiently waited and then was told price was $50 an wouldn't be done in an hour. I asked another question and he walked off. I was told that he was the manager. Don't spend any of your valuable time here. Go to a facility with better attitude and customer service that values clients. read more

Brought my car in with no damage to center console touch screen, as soon as I picked my car up after the wash I noticed big scratches on my touch screen, brought it up to the managers literally seconds after entering the vehicle "Tash" and "Sean" and proceeded to listen to them tell me almost immediately in a nut shell that I was not only stupid but blind as well because those scratches "where already there", according to them the scratches must have been caused by an auto transport 4 weeks prior or maybe my tint guy decided to cut the front window tints on the console but definitely the employees at Ferrara couldnt and would never cause any damage to any vehicle because hey they clean a Tesla every once in awhile (that was one of their arguments.... really). When someone starts lying to you before you are even done showing them something that you can see in less than a second as being new damage and that it is even wrong to begin with then you know what type of scam artists you are dealing with. You want your car scratched up by unprofessional staff who use the same microfiber rags they use on the wheels and outside the car inside your car and have them spend more time formulating excuses and lies about how they didn't do it then this place is for you. If you want your car washed correctly and want to recover your vehicle the way it was prior to them taking control of it then go somewhere else, anywhere really. read more

I've been looking for a great hand car wash in the neighborhood and this place is it. Not to mention they have a mechanic shop, which they fixed up all my car problems. I got my tires changed, break pads fixed, and the tail lights cleaned at a super fair price. I now feel safe driving my car thanks to Ferrera! Customer service is subpar and not reliable. I emailed them asking about a price estimate for an interior cleaning and shampoo detail for a specific model and make car. They responded and gave me a price, but once I arrived I was told they do not shampoo the interior of the exact make/model car I emailed about. They said it was because of issues with the fabric. I doubt a particular brand car uses a fabric, that is so different from every other brand, that it cant be cleaned for fear of damaging. I do not live near this business, and went out of my way to drive here after receiving their email reply. Why lie in the email, if they were only going to turn me away after coming? Either the person answering the emails doesnt really know whats going on, or they just have bad customer service all the way around. But that was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

I came here for the first time to get my truck clean and they did a great job on the outside and on the inside my car looks brand new like today I bought it. They took some deep stains that were in the door panels out and clean the floors shampoo to see if everything was amazing and they were quick and have a great customer service definitely recommend this place! read more

WORST! SERVICE! EVER! Friday I ordered their most expensive wash, paid $240, left $40 tip. When I came to pick up my car, they told me I had to wait, because "person who washed my car went home with my key in his pocket". Not OK, but whatever. When I finally got my key and started the car I realized the trunk was opened and the lock was messed up. I simply couldn't close it. Their jock-of-a-manager tried to convince me that something was wrong with a car before, but it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off, and the trunk was locked. Believe it or not, he even asked me with a straight face "if anybody ever tried to get into my car"? Anyway, he suggested me to come back on Monday when a mechanic will be there to see "if they can help me". I don't need your help, morons, what I needed was my car the way I dropped it off, that's it. I had to drive back home with a trunk wide opened. Of course, keeping the car like that over a rainy weekend was not an option so I had to fix it at my own expense. I did have to go back to them on Monday though - only to pick up my sun shield which they removed while cleaning and forgot to put it back. I use to be a local to the area and this is seriously the best car wash I have ever been to, anywhere. You do need to be patient because it will take some time but they truly leave your car immaculate. 100% worth the time, also very affordable! I have a soft top convertible beetle and they are also the only people to ever thoroughly clean the top so that's a plus. read more

I have lived in the area for 30 years and have gone to the same place to get my car washed at Sonny's/Simonize, but last week I noticed that they went out of business. I looked on-line and drove around a while to find another car wash similar to Sonny's. I decided to try Ferrara Auto Spa and was totally happy with the quality of service and price. I met Osmond who worked in the office and he was very nice and pleasant. The waiting area was nice, clean and air conditioned. My car has looked great all week and I am going back today to get is washed again. I'm so happy I found my new "Go To" car wash and look forward to going to Ferrara's for the next 30 years! read more
