My wife and I booked a limo for our daughters wedding last week for a venue less than 4 miles from our home. limo was nice but driver was rude and un professional. At the end of the night he was upset we weren't waiting curb side for him and was making comments we weren't leaving fast enough for him. He offered no assistance getting in or out of the limo or with our stuff. Paying $800 for a 7 minute ride each way we expected to be treated with a little more dignity . I will preface this review that had this situation been handled differently, I'd be giving 5 stars. Last night, we used their service to attend a concert in Boston. The driver was erratic and aggressive and was unfamiliar with how to drive without making people ill in the back. 4 of our 6 passengers ending up ill by the time we made it there. The limo that was provided was old and dingy. It was a TIGHT squeeze to fit 6 adults in the back. While driving on the highway, one of the passenger doors "fell open" and wind came gushing in. The driver, after a request to pull over, did so, slammed the door shut, and promptly told us "don't lean on it". No one was leaning on it. But 40 minutes later it happened again. When we checked the door, the rubber liner between the door and car was cracked and had pieces piecing from it. On our ride home, our driver went the wrong way on the highway causing us to sit in traffic for 25 minutes the wrong way. He then drove two complete circles around Boston trying to find the correct highway to get back onto, adding over an hour of unnecessary time in the car. When I contacted the owner, I was told "thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it". No apology. No concern for myself or my friends and our safety having almost fallen out of a moving vehicle. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company, the owner, and the driver. I would never recommend them to anyone and would caution anyone prior to getting in one of their vehicles as this seems to not be of any concern. read more

First time booking with this company, and not the best. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the driver that night was so sweet and accommodating to us and the company did nothing but provide him wrong information for our trip. We ordered a 25 passenger bus for my birthday, when 24 of us were getting in the bus you could see the panic set in. since a 25 passenger bus that we were given actually met 25 people including your driver and 1 person from your party sitting in the passenger seat away from everyone. How crammed we were was an understatement. There was 24 of us on my birthday and we could barely move, stand up, get to our coolers or do anything except sit on top of each other. Two of the people in the party ended up getting rides home from the casino and leaving us at 22 people and still a tight fit. The bus sent wasn't even a full bus, it was much shorter in length and the seats didn't even connect to wrap fully around. I can't even describe how terrible our Outcome was. Our driver was the only good thing. But even he didn't have the right information, from the company. He first thought we paid for 6 hours, and we had paid and been charged for 7. He thought we were going to Foxwoods but we had changed it prior the event date to Mohegan. When I made contact with the company I was pretty much told I was wrong and they had Foxwoods written down until I sent a screen shot of our text conversation to them stating Mohegan. And at that point it was laughed off like no big deal. It just was a disaster, but thankfully he did his best to help us. I in the beginning wish I saved to start to end texts cause I had asked for a bathroom in a paragraph of confirming details and got a sure. When I brought it up that night that the very small bus had no bathroom I was told "this is the first I'm heading of you asking for a bathroom most don't have them" so they clearly don't read all the texts they receive it sounds like as long as they can take your money they are happy. read more

Ferrazzi Limousine is one of the biggest hidden gems in Connecticut! We used them to take 4 of us, from Bristol CT to Bayonne N.J. on Jan 25, 2016 and return on Feb 6, 2016, and the driver was on time if not early, extremely polite (thanks Joe Kup!), the cars were immaculate and comfortable. We booked a relatively last minute six person limo to and from a cruise in NY. The owner was very attentive. We called around to multiple companies and no other company was as responsive as he was. The six passenger limo was in great condition, exactly what we were looking for. The best part was certainly the driver Joe. He was punctual, friendly, comical and knowledgeable. My children even said he was the best driver (because we took many taxis on vacation) and hoped he would be the same driver home. Fortunately he was. So I set up a limo for my wedding. Planned on a limo ride to venue and for me and my wife to have a car bring us back to my house. We agreed on price and everything was great. We even talk about it the week before. After getting to my parents house I wanted to make sure we had the car ride back and john said no. He said we never talked about that and never locked it in. I said how when you have a towncar to take us back? How would I know you have a town car if we never talked about it. After I'm furious he said I'll take care of it but then wants to charge me another $120...are you kidding me! On my wedding day you pull this. So needless to say I ubered for $20. I don't think that's a good way to run a business after your mistake. Icing on the cake he got lost bringing my wife to church and she had to tell him how to get there. read more

We have used Ferrazzi Limousine Service for years when we lived in Connecticut, and just hired them again this morning to take our daughter to Bradley. They arrived just ahead of schedule, as always. They have always been VERY reliable--whether from JFK (at 3 A.M.) or to and from the Newburgh NY airport. Drivers are respectful, know their way around (which is crucial when traffic is brutal), and are always on time. I have never waited for a pick up at home or at the airport. The most important fact is the flexibility of Ferrazzi. As most who travel frequently know, trips are never set in stone. Ferrazzi has always been able to accommodate me regardless of how much notice I provide the company. If I could provide negative stars I would. Never use Ferrazzi for anything. After their limo overheated, they refused to pick up my wife-to-be and bring her to the wedding venue. The driver/sales person said he was "stressed" and would not pick up the bridal party. After they refused to comply with the agreement, we were still charged for their "service". When we were calling to find out what was happening and what Ferrazzi would do for us (on my wedding day) to get this fixed, the driver shut his phone off and refused to call us back. For your own sanity's sake, avoid Ferrazzi like the plague. Not only were they completely inept, but the lack of professionalism was disgusting. Don't end up like us, hire true professionals for your wedding. read more

AWFUL!!!! I was driving in Waterbury and one of their limo drivers in the SUV limo blew a stop sign and almost hit me. When I looked in my rear view mirror, the limo driver flipped me off and almost hit me yet AGAIN from tailgating as I was doing the speed limit! He then proceeded to illegally pass me in a park zone and almost hit me a THIRD time! After the third time, I called their place of business and the man who answered the phone proceeded to yell and swear at me stating that it was my fault and said that I was only calling because the number was on the back of the limousine. He was so disrespectful and rude with the words he was using. He called me a "dumb bitch" and used other terms of profanity. I have never used their services but after being in this situation, I would NEVER feel safe being a passenger in their limos. If I could I would give it 0 stars. read more

I found Ferrazzi Limousine Service via Yelp, and wound up being so glad I did. I had a terrific experience from the moment I ordered the airport transportation until we were dropped off by our driver. First, it was easy to call and get a quote to be driven from the Hampton Inn Hotel in Waterbury to LaGuardia Airport. I have reached a point in life where I have no desire to drive near New York airports or New York city, so this service was a lifesaver. Mr. Ferrazzi was polite, courteous, an quick to respond over the phone. Secondly, we ordered 24 hours in advance, and were able to pay via credit card over the phone. The rates were very reasonable, well worth it to be spared the stress of driving in NYC traffic. Third, our driver Nelson was wonderful. He was super-polite, prompt, very willingly got our luggage and loaded it, and in general delightful. He's the kind of driver who is very safe, pays close attention to the road and at the same time, he will happilyl engage in conversation as much as you want to. If you want to be quiet, he'll let you do your thing. If you want to talk, he's happy to listen and engage. I really recommend this limousine service, and I am super picky because I travel a lot.
