They always do a nice job, the flowers are fresh and look as advertised, and the best part? This is a local business. I will say they aren't cheap, but with the end result being consistently good I do think it's worth it and they deliver pretty much anywhere in the metro which I think is really great considering that we have such a big area. First trip, we located all our listed items, and price compared from the ads, flipp and ad-hoc searches. In checkout with David as our cashier, who was very personable and funny, we needed price override and manager Tom helped out. He explained that an old barcode caused the issue. Afterwards I noticed we didn't get discount with a package coupon so Ty customer service helped with that. Now this store is organized with fluidity and "customer is right" idea. LOVE IT! As I said I had to return a couple more times: missed bundle discount using digital coupon... again Ty handled that with such kindness. Everyone we encountered was so helpful, had a pleasant and good attitude. You could tell they loved working there together as a team too!

That said, the service unfortunately took away from the experience. When we walked in, the young woman working did not greet us, ask if it was our first time, or engage at all while we shopped. After I selected my stems and waited at the register, she did swap out a broken rose for me, which I appreciated, but there was still no eye contact or conversation. What stung was watching her interact warmly with another customer and even ask about what brought her in, while I was never acknowledged. For a place that feels so special, I was hoping the customer service would match the atmosphere. I am knocking off 2 stars for that, because it left the visit feeling disappointing. It was another 4 days after the 3rd attempt that I finally got a response by email. The response stated, in what I feel was a condescending manner, that she could not do what I was asking for in any way shape or form (the flowers are all out of season and impossible to get) but that she would make me something completely different for an oddly high price. I am appalled that the bouquet lasted 2 days and looks like gerber daisies (not an expensive flower). I know my family spent $100 on this bouquet and I feel it was not even worth half of what they spent--including the delivery fee. The bouquet literally had 11 daisies. Horrible, horrible experience.
