Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!

They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!

And because the entire street already turned to ice they had to pre salt first to soften it. They also post salted and were sure to not block any driveways. No matter how compacted the snow/ice is, they have the machinery necessary to get it cleared. Snow turning to ice on roads is very dangerous. It's three business days later, and the work is complete. He is in high demand, and I consider myself very lucky that he was able to squeeze me in. It's very hard to find great landscapers who are honest and fast. The yard has tall trees, and the branches were hitting the roof in several areas. We also had an overgrowth of big bushes that had been neglected. Aging parents can't always do this kind of work. So, Juan and his crew took care of everything for us. The yard is neat and shows very well. His work is impeccable. He also did more than I asked.
