He was very careful to indicate that he didn't want to add anything unnecessary to the point where I was like, no no... please tell me all the things that need to be fixed. In fact, I wish we had fixed even more unnecessary parts of the fence, but he cares deeply about the budget and savings and pointed out which things are great to fix now and which can wait. He was incredibly honest. To make matters better, he came in at a lower price than the other quotes I received, AND he was willing to schedule work immediately (pending mandatory utility checks). My house is in Vienna, VA, and his brother Edwin, who partners with him, came out and did most of the work. They work together. His brother is super kind and patient, and even decided to work on a day with temperatures surpassing mid-90s. Pro-tip: Leave out some cold drinks for your contractors on hot days. In fact, they even added a few extra bonus fixes for me since I had a few rotten fence caps, and he made the broken fence posts look perfect. When the inevitable other parts of my fence start rotting, I'm calling Jose right away.

I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. Very happy with the end result and how quickly Jon and his team were able to finish everything. I highly recommend Bio Rich Green Care and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Yes I've texted him numerous times every time he says Yep, he'll have it to me next week. Yeah you'll have it to me this week. Yes it's coming and it never comes. It never ever comes so. It's just so sad because I did really like him when I met him and I do not have a very good good experiences history with contractors and I thought he was different but of course I think every single person I hire is different right I'm just a complete fool. I do not recommend this company. Maybe if you know you have $150,000 job maybe you'll get better attention I don't know.

I contacted multiple fence companies asking for an estimate for a six-foot high fence for our back and side yards. Our yard is on a steep hill and the fence had to be constructed in such a way that it would survive the erosion that occurs at the edge of our property. Inmer's estimate came in at less than half that of the closest competitor. For that matter, he charged less per square foot than we paid for the original fence we had installed 17 years ago. The new fence looks fantastic, is significantly sturdier than its predecessor, and is reinforced against erosion. Inmer and his assistant were timely, polite, and efficient. They kept us up to date on their progress and finished on budget. Without charging extra, they cleared the yard of extensive underbrush near the fence, so our yard now looks bigger and is easier to mow. I asked for two different estimates on our project and he came out to the house quickly to look at it, gave us a thorough and fair estimate, and wasn't pushy at all. Inmer was flexible in accommodating our schedule and some conditions around materials deliveries that we needed, he was communicative throughout the project (including picture updates), he made sure that our house was fully accessible during the project, and the job was done really well. They also installed a pipe under the walkway for better water runoff, and removed a large bush in front of our house. Inmer and his team were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Inmer and his team were fantastic. Inmer gave me the best price out of about half a dozen other companies and a start date and time that was incredibly accommodating for me. His team showed up right on time. They cut back two bushes, a hedge and got rid of a tree that had started growing near the one of the bushes. They hauled the debris that had been cut on a constant basis and I couldn't believe what a difference they made. The team was incredibly efficient, polite and really listened to me when I had questions or directions. I would not use any other landscaper and already have another project for them! read more

I have a large area of hardscape patios that needed to be repointed and regrouted along with stone fascia that required repair. I originally contracted with another mason for a cheaper price and it was a disaster. I recontacted Inmer and he came in and restored order. He and his team did excellent work.
