When I first walked into Ferrufino Interiors, I was a bit nervous. I had been so used to other interior design companies that were bigger and fancier. However after getting to see the quality of work, customer service and business ethic this small business offers, I was pleasantly surprised. Ferrufino provides the best upholstery, window coverings and custom furniture. Simply Amazing!!! Fantastic Work. My husband and I were thinking of purchasing new dining room set. Unfortunately, they do not make furniture the same and it is not worth the price. So, we decided to look into Reupholstery. Earl gave me a quote through yelp less than 24 hours after submittal. There are an assortment of beautiful exquisite fabrics to fit your lifestyle and taste. Earl is a darling. Very patient and understanding. Renee is Gem. She explained the difference between the fabrics and is very attentive. The price, labor and material is reasonably fair. The workmanship is spectacular. I was even able to keep the extra material. Ferrufino re-cushioned and reinforced each chair for us and were kind enough to allow us to inspect it prior to upholstering. The turn around for the chairs were about 2 weeks. Very fast. When my dining room chairs arrived, I was elated. I called everyone including Earl. My husband and I have sent pictures and videos to almost everyone. We have and will refer everyone to Ferrufino and are already getting ready for the next Reupholstery. read more

They helped me with new covers to the outdoor furnitures which completely changed the atmosphere in my back yard; They are very easy to work with, answered all of my questions and were very pleasant I'm writing this review more than a year after they did the work. My other furniture in the backyard were damaged by birds/ squirrels but the covers they provided are the only thing that survived and still looks new!! Would definitely use them again! The work was done meticulously and when I had a concern about one thing they corrected it to my full satisfaction. Earl and the team at Ferrufino Interiors are great! They have a huge selection of fabrics. Last year they recovered our fabric headboard. Today I picked up my favorite dining chairs from being recovered. They were my grandmother's from the 1960's. We used them with love but they started to get rips in the vinyl. I took them to Earl and he said they could make them look like new. I picked out a vinyl but when they tried to use it, it wasn't wrapping well. Earl called me back in to check out a different vinyl they recommended. I was so happy with the attention to detail and making sure they got it right. I absolutely love the result. I hate to have to leave a horrible review but I feel it is well deserved. We spent about $10,000 for motorized blinds for our bedroom. The motors had issues from the start. One blind was installed improperly so it got caught and was torn. Each time we had to deal with Renee. She never returns phone calls and it took reaching out to Julia, the owner, to get a response. When you can get hold of Renee, she says she will call back, order parts, she never follows up so you don't know where you stand. I reached out to Julia again recently with zero response so it's clear to me that they only want your money and lack any interest in customer service. I have more blinds to purchase for my homes and will NOT be using them again. Not worth the frustration. read more

I have a manicure & pedicure business in Westchester, and a year or so ago I hired Ferrufino Interiors to re-upholster the chair my clients sit in while getting services...Earl, the owner, was amazing...Not only did they do a terrific job, but they also accomodated my short time-line... After-all, I was shut-down with-out my chair...Meanwhile, not only did they pick-up the chair, but also delivered...Within 3 days I was back in business and my clients were happy & very comfortable... Well yesterday afternoon, I dropped off my pedicure stool @ Ferrufinoto Interiors to be re-uphostered...It was a hot-mess! Another: Short time-line...They promised it would be ready for pick-up @ 11:30-am today...Guess what? @ 11:15-am today, I received a call saying: "Your pedicure stool is ready for pick-up." Now, that's what I'm talking about!!! Their prices are not cheap...However, good quality work, dependabilty and great customer- service is hard to come by... And, as you probably know: "In life, you get what you pay for." Know what I mean??? Their prices are well-worth it....After-all, some things are simply priceless... Ferrufino Interiors is terrific! They are super knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had a bench that was part of my kitchen dining set and it needed some repairs from where the stitching was starting to split on the upholstery. All the other pieces were in great condition so I really just wanted to repair my bench. I took it down to Ferrufino where Earl examined it and gave me some very helpful and honest feedback. As it turns out the most practical option was to reupholster the bench.  We were able to match the material and color to my other pieces almost identically!! You would never know it had been redone at all. They even added in some extra padding which is awesome. Everyone I communicated with there was so friendly and I'm extremely happy with the work on my bench and their service! read more

This response to my review is hilarious bordering on crazy. You state that it is "impossible" to keep the grain straight on upholstery fabric -- I am sure if this were true it would it would not be manufactured this way because no one would use it!!! 30 years of experience -- well just because someone has been doing something for 30 years, does not qualify them as an "expert", point proven by the work your "expert" did on my chair. Most pathetic of all -- you try to paint me as a dangerous parent to deflect attention from your poor ability to do high end upholstery work. Which just highlights that you are not capable of it and need to blame the customer when you don't have the skill level required to do the promised work. As I said previously -- this shop is good for simple, very simple projects. If you need high quality and master level craftsmanship please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Additionally -- You did not ask for, nor did I give you permission to use my chair or my name as an example in your photos. Please remove it. FYI -- I did look at the pictures -- lololol!! the picture of the back of the chair, did you not notice the obvious silver bolt showing RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE!!?? ...and the "swooping" effect in the close up of the fabric grain...a clean example of poorly pulled fabric. This is what you choose as an example of your showcase work, exposed bolts?? Wow. And again you post the link to pictures of my chair and use my name after I expressly told you you do not have my permission? You just can't stop embarrassing yourself, can you? I expressly forbade to use pictures of my chair and my name yet you persist. Well if anyone uses you for high end uphoulsrty after reading this -- lol well at least they will know what to expect. Interesting how you took out the pictures of the obviously poorly pulled fabric that I mentioned - at least show the whole story, but if you are not going to show the whole truth why would you not at least photo shop out the exposed bolt?! Just accept that your work was not done at the required skill level and move on graciously. read more

I worked with Earl in ordering some sunshades for my Mid-Century Modern Home. The final look and purpose for the shades were met completely right.
