Our family LOVES AROMA PETS GROOMING and here are several reasons why: - I'm always happy with how Boo looks after a session here. They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. I've never been disappointed. - They are kind, the shop has a calm to it that is really nice. - Their schedule is smart! They're open Weds-Sun - what a great option for working pet parents!! This is just one example of the customer service they provide. - The front desk is great with scheduling for me. They respond to texts, send out automated reminders, and they provide the kind of flexibility I need when juggling a challenging schedule.

She lived until 18 1/2 I just recently put her down a month ago. Cathy has a special place in my heart being so good to Daisy. My dog had sensitive skin and would wash her with oatmeal baths, and as he got older would use the medicated wash I would bring in. She even offered free ear cleaning in my dogs old age as she was prone to ear infections and recommended a great ear medication that completely kept them at bay when I started using it on her. They always come back with their hair cut just how I asked, their fur is so soft and they smell so good. Anal glands are always clear and nails are buffed so they don't scratch. I mentioned that I suspected my beagle might have fleas, and instead of immediately charging for treatment, they reassured me they would check first to avoid any unnecessary services--such honesty and integrity goes a long way! However, ladies who trimmed my cat's nails today were very kind and understanding! They let me grab cash from home, which took 30 minutes, because I couldn't grab cash from nearby ATM's. When I came back, they had saved the nails they trimmed as proof of service before throwing them away. The price of a nail trim here is the same as going to my vet, but Hello Bestie's availability is much more open, so I will definitely be coming back every two weeks! There are no seats in the reception area but it was easy for me to park right in front of the salon. The grooming tables are still visible from the storefront so I would imagine that it's fairly easy to watch them groom your pets.

I redeemed the free tooth brush as well. Things to note: - Call first to set appointments - This place is cash only - There's a dog parking station that looks like a pet store, I wish they provided some water here I appreciated the price and how quick the appointment was, unfortunately my dog was still pretty damped when I picked her up. Typically when they are still wet, she sheds a little more than normal so I had to dry her up when I got home and then proceeded to take a while to deshed her. She told me that my dog was a good dog though so I'm happy to hear they got along.
