At every turn Rob played as dirty as possible: He had us off the market for 3 weeks, then strung us along over a weekend while his clients frantically chased another property...using us as their backup. He couldn't close a deal...burning days and days negotiating in either ignorance or bad faith over relatively small amounts of money...and not, as it turned out, working in his client's best interests. He went dark for extended periods, clearly ducking our realtor's calls. When he did finally accept our counter-offer, late at night and at the point where the deal would fall apart (again) if we didn't come to an agreement, he inflated the sales price on the house (and increased the seller assist) to put a few hundred bucks in his pocket through an increased commission. Yuck. Glad to see the door hit him on the way out.

If they don't, they may erase service request so it looks like you never put a ticket in *some times you get unprofessionalism when you contact the office *more times then not, the service team half asses a job and it looks like hell.

I am very displeased with this signing service company. If I can rate zero stars I would. I was…read morehired to partner with precision signing services, cevetta, and downtown abstract/mortgage company. I was able to complete two closings for two separate clients for the purchase of a house. I was not only thorough and briefly explained the documents to the clients as a notary signer should, but I also shared my contact information with the clients and with the office of cevetta in case of any additional questions. Precision signing notified me that this is a practice they do not allow and took it the wrong way. I am not allowed to work with any of these companies because of their misunderstanding. In addition, to this hiccup the customer service for these companies is horrible. There is no transparency for how compensation is paid, after the closings I was told I would be able to discuss payment arrangements afterwards. As you can imagine, I did not hear back from precision about my compensation until days later. I was then notified that this conpany operates on a net 30 payroll. It has been well over 30 days. Payroll was not processed in a timely fashion. Compensation with any other company would be set for the first in my experience. I received an email the 7th of the month stating i would receive my compensation for the 10th of the month. I still have not. This company shows a fake friendly face on the surface, but they do NOT care dor their hired agents nor do they care about quality work. They expect closings to get done in only a quick manner versus in a quality manner. Cevetta representative MARIANA in office sent scanbacks to the title company and was doing other tasks during the fact. The time factor was blaimed on myself instead of in house employees. The experience has been a true nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working for or partnering with either of these companies: precision signing services, cevetta, or downtown abstract. The communication theoughout the process was horrible they do not include you in the email chain instead would text you the same thing they email in house rep MARIANA. Again, do not waste your time with these people. As an independent signing agent I would never wish this inconvenience and horrible experience on anyone. Good luck to you notaries out there.
