My food came off the hot bar, just a chicken leg and some potatoes Little bit of gravy good of course . The fun began when I tried to pay for it . I had left my wallet at home Not driving no big deal So I had cash ... I got my food went to the weigh your own kiosk to pay and there's the sign? Credit cards only... well I already had the food and I have a cast on , I am not walking all the way up front to pay them eat, so I went upstairs to the kiosk after I had weighed the food and knew how much it cost. I paid for it of course just went up front to the help desk and paid. What kind of a business can't handle a simple cash transaction? It's automated ... weigh food feed machine Not tough I have done it a lot ... however this function was disabled on the machine.... What a pain in the ass Not a guest friendly corporate decision. 2 words: pup spot!! Festival Foods is so committed to the environment, guests that end up here on a walk with their dog can poke their dog in a cage while the shop! What a fun place, the name fits! Prices seem really good, gigantic selection of natural & organic foods & produce, definitely worth a trip to shop here! read more

Absolutely fantastic grocery store. I love every time I come in here. They almost always have something for me to sample which is sort of like a little reward for going grocery shopping instead of getting takeout. They have an amazing selection of cheeses and even have prewrapped little blocks if you want to try a new kind. They have a hot deli item on special each day as well. The grocery selections are great for all your grocery needs. There hasn't been a time yet where they didn't have what I needed. The real winner is the wine and spirits section. I come from Texas where you can only get liquor in a liquor store so I was blown away by the opportunity to purchase liquor at the grocery store! I was even more blown away by the selection! They had everything and it was all very reasonably priced. I will be using this place for all my boozing needs. Finally, the staff is some of the most friendly and professional staff that I have ever seen working at a grocery store. They all appear to be proud of their work no matter what department they are in. I am glad to have found a grocery store that I can call, "my store". read more

I love this grocery store. It is always clean and well stocked. Every person who works there is so friendly and helpful. No matter which department you are in someone is always available to answer questions or make recommendations. My dog Romeo agrees that this is a wonderful store. He gets so excited that he literally drags me inside practically choking himself with his collar. read more

I've written about several other Festival locations and what I love is how consistent all the stores are. The layout is about the same for all of them so it's easy to get around, there are plenty of options, and the staff are generally friendly and willing to help. I know it's odd but I don't do my grocery shopping here. I go here for lunch or a snack, so I head straight to the deli area where there's the hot bar, salad bar, sushi, and sandwiches just to name a few. There's a self-check out register by the deli so you can pay for your food and head to the dining area about the deli. I'm usually here on Sunday afternoons, and when it's football season, I turn on one of the two TVs and can watch the Packers while chowing down on some food and get some work done - free wifi! read more

There has been on ongoing issue with product being expired in the dairy department. It was reported to corporate and we were assured all protocals were being followed to eliminate these issues. We have always been cautious when purchasing dairy, but it has now carried over into the whole store. We were eating Utz Dips when my husband said it looks odd. I asked was was the expiration and he said March 8, 2020. Today is May 25th. read more

Dairy Dept.frequently has expired yogurt in coolers..over a week past use through date..meat Dept. Frequently has stuffed chicken that doesn't have the advertised stuff inside..Menadha store doesn't seem to pay as much attention to qualuty as the other Festival stores do. I used to enjoy shopping here but not anymore. The deli hot bar is either not stocked or has old dried food in it. Some of the employees care about their jobs while others obviously don't. Many time the front end employees are standing around, sometimes in groups, talking. I have made contact with one manager who genuinely cares about my concerns. However, I have not noticed any changes. I have given this store a dozen or more chances but now I'm done. Last time I stopped in I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. read more

Lucie in the Meat department/ deli was absolutely amazing last week Saturday. I went to festival foods after a long day at work with my best friend. Very nice, new store. I'm quite keen on the layout. Seems to have a bit more room to roam, isles aren't as congested as at other stores. They have some pretty nifty shopping carts. They are plastic. Very lightweight, tight handling (can turn on a dime). I felt I could really weave in and out of shopping traffic. The deli is like nothing I've seen before. An island full of goodies. It even had an express self checkout right there. The bakery was nice as well. Nothing too crazy in comparison to the other Festivals. However, their 20 pack of semi sweet chocolate chip cookies were baked to near perfection. I like my cookies soft, but they were almost too soft. The parking lot felt a bit tight. The parking spots seemed small, almost. Backing out of the spot was a bit worrisome. -1 star for Menasha. read more
