I go here for flowers for special occasions and have gone to Pick and Save for flowers for years. They have an excellent variety and the prices are very reasonable. Why pay more? Easy, convenient and artistically made bouquets. read more

I was there this past week. The cashier charged me $189. I knew it wasn't that much. Someone else had to override it. My bill was $85. Needless to say, those behind me gave me the looks. Then when I came home, I opened my ham salad from the deli. It had a huge hair string in it. Never again. Going back to Festival. read more

This afternoon I witnessed a 65+ yo cashier refuse an alcohol sale to a 62yo customer because she did not have her ID available. I spoke up to verify to the cashier that the customer was in fact older than 21 years of age. (Restrictions of alcohol to minors) The cashier informed me that it was "Corporate Policy" and could not sell alcohol without an ID. While I commend your employees for following the policy, I have to ask, "Where is the COMMON SENSE in the Corporate Policy? " Until Pick n Save Corporate can remove their head from their rectum, I will not be shopping at any Kroger stores!!! read more

With Festival Food's customer service going downhill, and their prices skyrocketing, Pick 'n Save with its new Kroger management and its improvement on both the quality of the products, but also service (which is now equal to Festival Food) is now our "go to" place to get our groceries. Their produce section outshines all the other stores in town, and they have a great selection of other products. If they need any improvement it's in their meat section, but that is a small complaint to this consumer. Huge improvements, better prices and services should be enough to overtake the increasingly overpriced and inconvenient Festival Foods. read more

My family had our Christmas together on Saturday this year and we served breakfast as this is their favorite meal. Because of my crazy schedule I ordered 2 small trays of fruit to feed 16 people, and asked to pick them up early Saturday morning. When I got there they brought out a extremely generous tray of fruit and apologized for being out of the small red trays and gave me a great deal on the tray. My family especially the Grandkids enjoyed the fruit, everything was absolutely delicious! Thank you Pick n Save for your wonderful service! I will be back! read more

I had a good experience at this pick n' save. I was craving a particular martini and they had all of the specific ingredients that I needed. I am obsessed with their last call items. They tell you when an item is being discontinued and they knock it down for super cheap. All about it and not too big! read more

I had no problem with the grocery store itself or what was on the shelves, but holy cow the checkout clerk was rude. I said, "Can I get your discount card so I can get your deals?" The answer was this: "I don't have them. (Smirk)." I had to probe for information from this person and the upshot was she stood where she was smirking while I had to go to the service desk at the front of the store while toting a tired preschooler who is heavy for me to carry. If their computer hadn't been down and the clerk there had spent time attaching my phone number instead of just handing me the card, I'm sure the smirking girl would've pretended to forget that I was getting a discount card and totaled the groceries at full price while my husband stood at the checkout. The customer service at this store is awful. The cashiers and baggers, in particular, are incredibly rude and you can tell that they do not enjoy working there. I've even had cashiers make rude remarks on the groceries we are buying, which is not okay. On a busy Saturday, there is usually only two checkout lines open, and one, or even both, usually don't have a bagger. I think every time I've been there in the last few months, the groceries would all get checked out and then we would have to wait for a bagger to show up. There have also been multiple instances that not all of the groceries that we had paid for end up in our cart, so we have to go back and find the missing bag that the bagger forgot. read more

I stopped in at the salad bar today and was excited to see the head Caesar salad so I thought I would save myself some time and just grab that. When I got to work across the street, I immediately ate the salad and it was the most disgusting Caesar salad I have ever had. The croutons were soggy as they were probably sitting in the salad all morning and there's barely any dressing on the salad, and all of that on top of wilted romaine lettuce. I wanted to voice my displeasure in the decision to change the packaging for the deli rotisserie whole chicken. Whereas the old package allowed for the chicken to rest and drain off the grease and oil, the new bagged method allows for the chicken to wallow and soak up its oil and grease thereby ruining what once was a nice product. While I am certain this was strictly a cost saving measure for the company, I can assure you that I'd rather the product be marked up a whopping 10¢ for the purposes of preserving the product. The people responsible for making this decision can have the quiet comfort in knowing that THIS customer will no longer be purchasing this product. For all I care, the whole chickens can continue to sit soaking in their fat on display in the deli. What a horribly dumb decision. read more

This is a large store, well organized, and so clean, some aisles sparkle. I initially thought that this store was primarily a pharmacy, as is stated on it's leader board. It was all that and more. Wide aisles, clearly marked, with an amazing variety. The personal hygiene items were interspersed amid grocery items. The checkout person was friendly, and had an above average knowledge of where to find items in the store. read more

The store itself is rather clean, although at times it is understocked. There are a few items that for unknown reasons they do not stock. In terms of price, they have some great sales on items. My biggest problem is the service. On more then one occasion, I have had an employee grab my reciept straight out of the self checkout without asking me if I even want them to. They do this to check how many "Game Time" cards I should recieve. Not everyone plays this game. I have had to track down employees before to get assistance as it seems they really don't walk the store looking to see if someone needs help. More then once I have needed assistance when the self checkout decides that the weight is off on the bagging area only to find not one person near the registers to assist. read more

: I wanted to share my experience with someone who would possibly care to express my supreme disappointment in what I was told today when I was at your deli. I was informed that you were going to be remodeling your deli and removing the cash register at your deli location. At that time I made a comment that it must be too convenient to have the cash register there. The employee then said "Well it is not very convenient for us back here." This took me back. This is just confirming that companies no longer do things to service the customer. They would rather service themselves and listen to their whining employees then the customers that pay their checks. I can tell you this, if the register is removed from the deli area, I will be going to get my lunch else where. read more
