Talking to Josh and the team, I felt immediately that my baby would be loved and taken good care of. By the end of the test day the puppy was happy and doing great! So, we filled out the necessary paperwork and drove off for ten long days. Josh and his colleagues were graciously sending me daily photos and videos of Arlana with a day recap, and I was so relieved to see that she was happy just like at home! I did not ask or pay for any grooming services. I was given conflicting explanations from staff - one stating he got caught under a gate, and another suggesting rough play with another dog. This inconsistency and lack of ownership has left me feeling confused and concerned about the level of supervision and transparency. I was also made aware of a hazardous area in the small-dog play space, which had not been addressed. While I did receive a partial refund for Monday's daycare, the situation remains unresolved. I have not received the refund for his bath as promised by the owner, and there was an additional $18 charge posted to a different card on file without explanation. I followed up via email and have not received a response for several days. Overall, the lack of clear communication, accountability, and follow-through has been frustrating. I trusted that my dog would be safe and well cared for, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I have included photos. Including images that they posted themselves to their Facebook on Saturday - then what is coat looked like directly after picking him up.
