I used Fetch for about 10 months and had two sitters for overnight (Teresa and Anne) during these months. Both of them are great with my two dogs and send updates to me via texts and photos while I am away. Fetch responds very quickly when it comes to booking and the sitters are always responsive. Not only are they great with dogs, the sitters are responsible and will do light clean around the home. I did a lot of research and hesitated about letting strangers into my place especially with my two little ones. After using Fetch, i trust them and it saves me time from dropping off and picking up my dogs at a doggie daycare. Also, they seem more comfortable and clean when they stay at home versus a doggie daycare, which even when they were on flea medication, they still came back with fleas and skin irritation from staying with other dogs at daycare. Although my dogs liked daycare, one of them started to have anxiety because I was traveling extensively and it went away after I kept them at home. Also, its nice to come home from traveling with your dogs waiting for you instead of picking them up (in select hours) and showering them from playing with dirty dogs. i highly recommend Fetch if you want the flexibility while maintaining the most comfort and ease for your pet while you are gone. read more

Gretchen has meant a great deal to our family for a long time. She's been consistent, reliable and trustworthy. But more importantly she's been patience, attentive and loving. When I first moved to the area, I needed a sitter for my pup while I worked long hours. My little girl Roxy warmed up to my sitter, JAKE M, immediately. He was so gentle with her and very friendly to me. Roxy was so excited to see him every day, and I would get pictures quite often (and she looked happier than with me sometimes!). Went away for 5 days and needed a place for Mollie to hang. Learned about this service on Facebook from a FB friend. Dogsitting at the dogsitters home. You bring your dog's food, your dog's bedding, your dog's toys, treats, etc. You can visit the dogsitter before the trip and check out the digs and meet the sitter to see how good a match it is. I spoke with Regina and explained Mollie's needs and mine as well. Mollie stayed with Holly and loved it from the first meeting! Holly sent a text and a photo every day and WOW, did Mollie have a nice vacay also! Hiking, snoozing, playing... It was great! So I took a risk and called Fetch! and I am very glad I did. I've used both Jasmine and Anne S. from Fetch! and have been very pleased with both of them. They are responsible, caring sitters who keep in good contact and my cat likes them both very much. I like that the service tries to give you the same pet sitters each time you use them - I've meet with both sitters and don't feel like there's a stranger in my home. They send pictures every day and the fact that someone is coming to my home every day makes me feel more secure while I'm away. At least I know my house hasn't burned down or been robbed in my absence (I'm a real worrier). Plus my cat gets to stay at home where he feels safe instead of being moved to a boarding location with strange people and pets. Fetch has gone above and beyond to make us and our kittens happy! Starting out, we didn't love the sitter we were originally assigned. We called Regina (manager), and she immediately offered to personally take over and refund us the entire week of visits! That's great customer service! Because we're crazy paranoid, we set up cameras around the house to see for ourselves what was going on when we weren't home. I've had different sitter companies in the past come, fill the bowls, and leave without even checking on the cats. That isn't the case with Fetch! With video to prove it, we can 100% vouch that Regina comes when she says she is going to, stays as long as she is supposed to, and actively plays with our cats for the whole visit with toys and a laser pointer. Last trip we forgot to leave out the laser pointer for her, so she brought her own since she knows how much our cats love it! She also sends text updates with photos of our babies every visit, which is great when we miss them!! Every time we return home from a trip, we find a hand-written letter telling us what Pup and Nala (our babies) have been up to, and a home even cleaner than we left it! She washes our litter box, the floor around the food bowls, and the dishes! That's way more cleaning than my boyfriend will do ;-) It's obvious that this isn't just a job for her - she really loves what she does and treats our animals as if they were her own. Also, they make scheduling appointments super easy. I can call, text, or email general instructions, and they just handle it without making me go through any silly formal process. They also shoot you an email heads-up a few days before charging your card. Overall, this is a very thoughtful company. If I could give more stars I would. I moved to CA from NY 6 months ago and I lost my built in pet sitters (my parents). My dogs are 9 and 11 and have never been cared for by anyone other than myself or my parents. I felt lost, but with increasing travel on the horizon, I had to secure a sitter.
