Rhoda is amazing! She worked with our foster rescues by providing good quality behavioral assessments for their safety and our piece of mind. The dogs loved being in playgroups and having a good time. A lot of our rescues come from bad situations. After vetting and some training with our rescue they get a second chance at life. K9s only has been a place where they have been able to socialize with other dogs and have enjoyed being taken cared of and given affection! Everyone there has been extremely helpful, supportive and attentive to not just the pups but us too. Jolie is always very sweet and friendly. Our two dogs have enjoyed coming here! We have been taking our dog to K9s for boarding and daycare for the last 6 months. She has stayed with them from 3 nights to 8 nights. They are AMAZING! We feel so happy and comfortable dropping our dog off at K9s and know that she will be taken care of and have fun! The best part is receiving a daily photo update of our dog with a message on how she's doing, pictures of her playing with other dogs and an update on how much she's eaten. DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG - I have been sending my dog, Harlow, to 2 other daycare/ boarding facilities for years without issue. Harlow had multiple very serious and dangerous incidents in a very short period of time at K9s Only. i watched her on video being dragged violently by her neck and intimidated to the point she was crying and barking. The "trainer" Dedonte was being so aggressive towards her in a way I have NEVER seen- all of it captured on video, I cannot imagine what he does to these poor dogs behind closed doors. It did not stop until I called multiple times frantically. Rhoda, the manager, said he was "teaching her not to resource guard" but I have now asked 3 other trainers and showed them the video all of who said it boarders ABUSE. Rhoda and Dedonte conveniently both claimed to be "taught" by Ceasar Milan LOL Harlow then came home with a large bite mark on her neck, when I was informed of the bite, I was told it was minor and was being cleaned at the time I was asking questions. Meanwhile, Harlow was on video not being tended too. When I called the daycare out on the lie, they stopped responding. I received a call from the same trainer who was seen abusing her on video after asking for a follow up on the injury. I then received no text or email updates for FIVE days. When I came to pick her up it was clear that the bite required further medical attention as it was continuing to ooze 5 days later. Further, my dog has NEVER had issues with another dog and suddenly she is acting out towards other dogs?? This place is a nightmare. read more

We took our dogs to a couple of K9's only locations when we lived in LA. We moved away over 7 years ago. They have continued to text me regularly trying to get me to come in. I have repeatedly told them we live 2000 miles away and are not going to come back. Yet they refused to take me off the list. Finally, this week after 2 of our dogs passed away within 10 days of each other I get another one of these texts which they refuse to stop. I sent them a message on their website pointing out how hurtful it was, and if they had just listened I could have avoided that extra hurt. I got an automatic response, but no one there felt the need to respond. If they care that little about people, can you really trust them with your dogs? read more

We have been taking our pup Neptune here since he was a puppy and we have nothing but positive things to say! First, Neptune LOVES coming in for daycare. Jamie and the staff always make him feel welcome and comfortable. You can really tell they care about the pups. Second, Neptune was also able to go through the 3-week board and train with Britt, and it helped tremendously with his manners especially with jumping and not dropping things he shouldn't have. Lastly, we recently took him for his first full grooming session here and he looks amazing. Here are a couple photos. We sent our dog Milo to K9s Only for a month of military school back in May. It was his second stint--his first was in 2017, when he was two years old, at the K9s Only in Tarzana. Both training programs helped him quite a bit. He is, however, still an incorrigibly bad boy. The pandemic kind of unsocialized Milo. He was home all the time, and when we started having people over again, we discovered he'd become quite territorial and borderline aggressive, barking like a car alarm at anyone who came to the door. He was also counter surfing at every opportunity, just an absolutely relentless thief who made almost every surface in the kitchen unusable for food storage, even for a few minutes. The last straw, though, was that he bit his brother Duke, a sweet senior basset hound, clipping his ear bad enough that he needed stitches. We tried to get Milo in with his first trainer, Max, but we couldn't get in touch and figured we'd go with someone else at K9s Only, since we at least knew they offered a three-week residential program. Britt was Milo's trainer and I do believe she did her best. Milo responded to her and did well with other dogs at K9s Only. The only incident when he was at the daycare (where they put the dogs in training during the day) was one in which he was bitten by another dog who probably had no business being in genpop. We were notified when this happened, and K9s Only took Milo to the vet and paid for everything, and added another week to our training package to make up for the interruption. We didn't see Milo for a month, and when we went to pick him up, we had the first of a few follow-up appointments with Britt, where she taught us how to manage him at home. She did a great job with him and was very clear in her instructions. He was much calmer and more obedient than when we had left him. At no point, though, did he stop stealing food or barking at people, which were two of the main behaviors we'd been hoping to correct. In the months since he came home, we had a second child and have had little time to devote to reinforcing Milo's training. Importantly, he hasn't been aggressive with Duke (or the kids, though that was never an issue), but he is, in most other ways, as bad as he's ever been. Part of me wants to ship him off to get trained again, and part of me thinks it's a lot of money to pay for something that doesn't seem to stick. In any case, K9s Only is a good place for getting some obedience in your dog, but if you're a lazy dog parent looking for a miracle, you might be disappointed when you can't find one. read more

We were debating on how to approach reviewing K9s Only since the last time we brought our dog here. Yes with the economic downturn, policies have changed both financially and limitations - not favorable for us and the dog. We aren't happy with the fact old school walking the dog is not permitted anymore (time to look around for another kennel or as friends recommended, Rover) and instead they substituted with a REQUIRED daily playtime star package at an additional cost when boarding! But what was the kicker was with the star package, a report card plus a foto was to be given at the end - unfortunately the latter was not fulfilled after several requests verbally and via email. Not going to use K9s Only in the future now. So an email comes through the next day for a survey which from experience, this goes nowhere but what the heck, I got time...lo and behold the following day, I received a call from the manager, Rhoda who acknowledged my survey and apologizing for what happened along with crediting my card plus an email! Now that's service! Now my star rating has improve drastically ...1 less still though because of the service limitations. Now we feel confident there is actually a caring manager on site (Rhoda) who will listen to the customer survey and respond personally!! read more

I have to say K9s only is really always been a safe place for my dogs to board. I've been using them for over 6 years, maybe more.. Each time I've brought my dogs in they strive to make the experience to be better. No place gets it perfect every time, but they do with the dogs. I have non social dogs and they are one of the few that accomodate a positive experience for dogs that can be part of the group. They make them feel loved and safe! We came to the LA location because our local valley location closed and was running now by another company. We had the best experience with K9s Only Tarzana and had high hopes for the LA location assuming it was run similarly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Everything was great at booking and drop off, they welcomed us and gave me a tour and seemed happy and excited Birdie was joining their location. They have cameras and we were checking in on her throughout the day while she was having a great time in daycare and when she went back to her room at night. The first day/night all went great from what I could see. The next day it seemed she had another fun day in daycare making friends so I didn't check in again that day as we were on a family trip and wanted to focus on that. When we got back to our hotel that night, I checked her room camera and saw a different corgi in her room! I freaked out of course because where was my dog?! I called them but it was outside business hours so nobody answered and I sent some messages thinking they would get back to me first thing the next day, with the hope Birdie was just in the wrong room. The manager replied to my messages early the next day indicating she checked the cameras and it looked like Birdie was in her room and fine. I explained to her that was NOT my corgi, this one is bigger and HAS a tail while mine does not. There was a brief silence and I see on the camera someone rushing in the room removing the other dog and promptly cleaning the room. The manager was lovely, very communicative and apologetic for the mistake, not charging us for that night since it was done incorrectly. I just can't get over how stressed we were that evening, not knowing for sure where our dog was and having to wait for any answers since we were out of town. Thankfully she was ok and didn't seem traumatized other than us leaving her while we went out of town but we don't know for sure if she was fed the other dogs food/medication or vice versa which is horrifying should either have any serious allergies/medical conditions and could never bring her back. Super disappointed because we loved K9s Only Tarzana and all the people there. Thank you to the manager for the help while I was concerned and trying to fix the situation. read more

My dog has been to the Tarzana location many times for boarding. Unfortunately, they closed so now we decided to try West LA location. This will be the last time. My dog was boarded for two nights. He is a small dog and only eats one serving of food in the evening. I brought two zip locks with each night pre portioned out. When I went to pick him up, they gave me one of the zip locks full of food back. When I questioned why, they said the food was in the back of the refrigerator and they forgot to feed him last night! What!? He went a full day and a half without being fed! My dog is older and requires medication. One of the medications requires refrigeration. They handed me back a warm bottle. I asked if the medication was in the fridge and the front desk receptionist said "no, it was in the medicine cabinet". This almost $100 bottle of pills is now ruined. They also said my dog threw up his medication on his last morning there. Come to find out it's because they didn't feed him the night before and he was taking them with no food in his stomach. If I can't trust them to feed my dog, how can I expect them to care for his wellbeing? read more

We took our dog to be boarded there last week after the Tarzana K-9's Only shut down. This will be our only time. We should have known it wasn't good when they asked us to bring him in for a playdate the week before, and they brought us out the wrong dog when we picked him up. We have a beagle and apparently they had two and didn't know the difference between them even though they looked nothing alike. When I dropped him off for boarding we signed him up for the four star package and went over everything verbally with the young man at the desk. It didn't matter. Even though everything is done online ahead of time, they messed it all up, and we called two days later to find out what was happening- they apologized profusely, offered to straighten it up for the rest of our dogs stay and credit us a few days- none of which they did. On his last day they kept calling and texting to me to find out when his pick up time was even though again it is clearly in the online instructions and again, gone over when dropped off when they spoke to me on the phone they even told me they had the correct time in their notes on the computer. I complained to two different people on the phone, 2 x during my dogs stay that we never received the daily reports or photos, all we got were excuses-- both apologized but we never heard from a manager and they never credited us anything despite telling us they would. We will never go back there. There is NO ONE taking responsibility there, no adult in charge. read more

K9 Only has been my preferred small dog day care and boarding facility for 3 years. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Yoni, Jolie, and Azi are fantastic. Yoni is especially attentive and affectionate with my dogs (sad to hear he's leaving)! They are always excited when they arrive. I feel confidant leaving my dogs to their care. Constructive feedback: I've noticed their employee/dog ratio has decreased lately, but understand it might be difficult to predict how many dogs will arrive on a given day. I would also love if they reconsidered their new daily play-package requirement when boarding. This is a recent change I'm not thrilled about as I like to alternate the play days to allow my dogs a break and to manage costs. Perhaps the policy could be adjusted to a minimum number of play-package days to ensure it doesn't become cost-prohibitive for some of their longstanding customers. read more

One star is generous. My dog sustained a major bite from another dog and they never told me until my dog developed an abscess with an infection and the vet said looks like a bite. I asked them is someone bit her and they said yes. But they decided not to tell me until I pushed the matter! The manager Manuel Tinoco (Manny) called me and sent me an email about my initial review. I have never thought that anything would change my mind about what my experience was with K9s only, however, he wrote an email about every single detail that I have experienced with them. He sent a couple of security camera images to proof gypsy's walks, explaining what really happened with the bed and they were very honest about the whole thing. They offered me a refund as well as a new bed and many more complimentary offers for gypsy's next stay. I felt very cared with Manny's email and voice msg. I completely changed my mind. I honestly thought that they don't even care because they had so many dogs to deal with but obviously it's not the case. I am very happy at the end of this nice gesture and treatment. My review in 2016 was glowing, and I stood by it and referred people for years. This place seems to have changed ownership. At this point I'd give 0 stars, but the front desk ladies and Austin are heroes & angels. Unfortunately, Austin could only do so much since the manager was out of town. This new incident occurred on 7/23 and Steve, the manager, has not ever reached out. Austin offered the best solutions he could, and for that I'm grateful. But I feel like people need to be warned about this new trainer. Please read about my experiences below (family names redacted for privacy): Hi Steve, I understand you are out of the office for a bit, so I'm cc'ing Austin here since I'm not sure what to do. I'm a long time client of K9's Only, both the city location and the recently closed valley location. My family overall has been with K9's since before 2015. I've raved about this place, referred many friends, and wrote glowing yelp reviews. When my (newly minted) husband and I adopted our first dog as a couple, I knew automatically where I would be boarding her for trips. It was a no brainer. For reference, I also manage my parents account with our family dog, XXXX. Both dogs were with you for the past 6 days while I went off and got married. Today, I returned from my wedding and excitedly went to pick XXXX up early since we made such good time on the drive home. When I dropped XXX off last week, I received a text from a trainer who did her social test that stated "Hi I just wanted to give you a heads up that we did a re-eval on XXX so she can be social at our location and she passed, she does get overstimulated a bit and requires a few breaks but overall did good!" I completely agree with the above text. She needs to be forced to take breaks which is why I don't buy all day play passes for her. She does get overstimulated. Based on this text, I felt comfortable they understood my dog, could handle my dog, and I was fine. I continued checking in on her throughout the weekend even during my day of getting ready, and was reassured everything was fine. Now, I unfortunately have to write this email to you. Upon picking up XXX, Tony walked her out to me in a very brusque manner. XXX, who has been boarding with K9 since she was 4 months old, was shaking. Physically shaking. Tony didn't even ask my name. In fact, at the end of all of this, I can almost guarantee you he still doesn't know my name. He immediately launched into a forceful speech about how my dog was out of control, overstimulated, needs constant correction, and I'm lucky that his personal dog didn't bite my dog in response. I'm not sure why his personal dog is at work but at this point I really don't care. He said when he heard XX was getting picked up, he "had to talk to her owner". He didn't talk, rather he continued to be essentially verbally assaultive while holding my dog, with her shaking, not even giving me a chance to say hi to my dog. By the way, I really missed my dog on this trip and wanted to say hi. When he finally let go of her, she ran under the front desk reception and continued to shake. What followed was him bringing me to tears publicly in the lobby with your front desk staff as witnesses, and your own staff asking him to go to the back and leave me alone. Which he refused to do. He kept repeating "he wasn't the problem" while he stayed at the desk staring at his cell phone while I tried to coax my shaking dog out from under the front desk with the help of your front desk staff. Tony lacks social awareness and proper social etiquette. I explained to him that while I didn't disagree with parts of his assessment, and had witnessed it on camera and agreed with how the staff were handling her, his demeanor, presentation, and overall approach was abrasive and verbally assaultive. He made me feel like I can't board my dog at K9's, that she was a terror, and that I had been lied to for the last week when I was checking in on her constantly with the staff via text as well as watching cameras. When I called him out on his approach, energy, and word choices, he continued to say he "wasn't the problem", that "he's not the problem and the dog isn't reacting because of him", and he REFUSED to go to the back and leave me alone to collect myself. His body language of staring at his cell phone while he talked, and refusing to leave when his own coworkers were asking demonstrates that he truly doesn't believe anything was a problem, he probably still thinks he's right and I'm wrong. I'm not arguing with his capability as a trainer. I'll never know how good he is because I'd never willingly interact with him again based off today. read more

DO NOT BOARD HERE!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Okay, rarely leave reviews, but this place is really pissing me off. First of all, a Manager isn't always on duty. I've asked for one for two days now. I booked my two dogs. One dog has gotten zero updates and reports, and the other dog only got a photo and review the first day. They took my dogs, knew I was leaving town, then the customer service, and treatment changed. My dog that was supposed to be in daycare for half a day, was left in his room, and became destructive because of lack of stimulation. He destroyed all of his bedding that I provided. If they had stuck to what was promised, this would have never happened. The front desk on Sunday, and Ozi on Monday are extremely lazy. They act like they can't walk 15 feet to get information from the handlers. I'm still on vacation, and this is the worst experience, because now i have to worry about the welfare of my dogs. I am still waiting for a Manager to contact me. Highly unprofessional. I will not use this place every again. No wonder the one in the valley closed. I hate to leave this review but I have to be truthful about my experience . Our English Bulldog Trouble stayed at K9 Only from 7/18-7/22 as we had to go out of town for a sporting event. When we dropped Trouble off he was in great spirits and had no issues. When we returned to pick trouble up he was very drained , extremely irritable, Eyes swollen , face swollen and genitals were extremely raw/irritated. Immediately when he came out of the back he slowly walked behind me and began rubbing his face on the back of my legs and using his paws to try and rub his eyes. I noticed it and mentioned what was wrong with him and began trying to comfort him. The front desk Associate AZI was talking to me as we had already completed our payment for our stay , she heard me vocalizing my concerns for his eyes aloud and continued to talk as if I never mentioned anything was wrong . We ended the conversation and left. When we loaded Trouble into our vehicle we noticed his genitals were raw/irritated and Trouble was steadily trying his hardest to scratch his face. I noticed around his mouth was red and it seemed swollen . As we're driving home , kept saying to me , "mom something is wrong with trouble here keeps scratching his face and he seems so uncomfortable ". I pulled over and did a full assessment of Trouble and realized just how bad he looked . We attempted to go to petco to get an appointment with the vet but they were booked up. So we took him home and gave him a bath and tried to do ever we could to make him comfortable. The entire day Trouble could night sleep as he kept burying his face in his pillow in hopes to soothe the itch. We kept rubbing coconut oil on his genitals to soothe the irritation. Trouble has not eaten since we brought him home and is still very restless. I attempted to countless times to get someone on the phone with no success yesterday. Today I finally got a gentleman on the line and they advised maybe Trouble had an allergic reaction but he wouldn't no as he does not handle the dogs. My only issue with that is we received a photo of trouble Sunday (it's now Wednesday) and from Sunday to Monday when I picked him up his appearance did a 360. His genitals look like something that would have gone all weekend with irritation. I was advised I would receive a call back to explain what may have happened and still nothing. I can never trust this establishment with my boy and we're stuck trying to figure how to help him and nurse him to health. read more

I rescued a German Shepherd mix about 3 months ago and he was aggressive but I knew he needed a home. After one month he became very attached to me and developed severe separation anxiety. I was trapped in my own home. When people would come over he would jump at them and frighten them. If I would leave the house he would run around and knock things over, defecating throughout the house. When I arrived home he was very anxious. I did not want to give him up and I wasn't sure if there was any way to fix this. I brought him to K9's Only and met with Brittany. I left him for 3 weeks and just got him back yesterday. He is like a different dog. I had friends come over for dinner last night and he was so polite and so sweet. Britney taught me a lot about his pulling on the leash and how to remedy that. I am so happy and I recommend if you are experiencing separation anxiety or aggression, that you brng your dog here. It has truly changed my life. Also if you watch the camera for the daycare you'll notice that the employees aren't even paying attention to the dogs, they're normally on their phone or just sitting in the corner. We adopted our one year old terrier mix Chopper from a local rescue. Chopper, formerly known as Rosewood, was part of a select few dogs that received board and care training while they waited for adoption. Prior to his stint at K9s Only, Chopper's reactivity was out of control. He barked excessively at other dogs while on walks and was difficult to settle. K9s Only worked miracles on Chopper. Although his reactivity didn't disappear, Chopper was much better equipped to cope with it. Upon returning to the local rescue, workers kept exclaiming how they almost didn't recognize him because "[He's] a totally different dog!" Chopper came to us knowing sit, down, stay, and touch. My boyfriend and I worked with K9s Only trainers Jamie and Jennifer to help mitigate some of Choppers less desirable habits. Not only did they help train Chopper, they also trained us. They helped us push through and troubleshoot his crate training as well as managing his barking. They helped us with cuing proper behaviors both verbally and using clickers. Well aware of his dog reactivity, Jamie used her own (exceptionally trained) dogs to help acclimate Chopper to their presence. Having Jamie and Jennifer available by phone and email was an invaluable resource in the early days of living with our rescue pup. In addition to training, we have utilized their day care and boarding services. Chopper is not dog aggressive but he can get overwhelmed being around bigger and/or pushy dogs. I don't have to worry about him here at K9s Only because he is well supervised during day care and given plenty of "time outs" when he needs a break. The staff at K9s Only demonstrate outstanding customer service and clearly care about their canine charges. Even though Chopper is home with us now, I think Chopper sees K9s Only as his second home. I can feel less guilty about boarding him at K9s Only because he loves the employees here so much. Every time we get close to the building, he lets out soft, excited growls and wags his tail vigorously. He dashes to the front door on his hind legs and greets the staff with a couple barks--many of whom who still remember him as Rosewood. My experience with K9s Only has been fantastic! I had had my 2 year old rescue chihuahua-pomeranian-something else mix for about a year and had struggled with some behavioral issues for a while, specifically seemingly random, inconsistent aggression toward people. I came to K9s Only after he bit a stranger at a park, actually on the stranger's recommendation. After meeting with Britt, I opted for the 3-week board and train to try to really instill the fundamental commands in my dog and regain control over the situations in which he is triggered. During the board and train, Britt was super communicative and I loved receiving pictures and videos of the training in action. When I finally got to pick him up, she did a full training session with me, going through all of his new commands in depth and giving me the tools to practice at home. I was so shocked I could have cried (happy tears)--he came out of it with the same adorable disposition that I love about him but also a full suite of commands that he listens to to a T. We still have some work to do getting him to shift focus around distractions out in public and he still gets triggered from time to time, but I feel so much more in control and the time it takes to regain his attention and composure gets shorter and shorter each time. Not to mention all the general socialization training he got just being in daycare with the other dogs too! This has definitely been life changing for me and it was worth every penny. Absolutely worst run business ever!!!! Do not even bother they are unreliable, irresponsible and absolutely should be shut down!!! Née to the area 3 times scheduled grooming 3 times reschedule when I arrive no communication no call nothing just "sorry" we'll STRIKE 3 your owner and management need to close shop they clearly do not know how to run a business or provide customer service!!! read more

K9s only has been an absolute life saver to myself and my business (an animal rescue). Jaime, the lead dog trainer, is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She and the company have been there to support us in many ways. K9s only has been a one stop shop for us and our dogs in need. They offer luxury boarding for pups who are waiting for their forever homes, as well as an enriching daycare experience which is something that is unique for us. During COVID 19, it has been difficult to get appointments at other facilities, but Jaime and K9s only are always ready and happy to help. Within their facility they offer training, grooming, daycare AND boarding in one beautiful environment where our pups are loved on and cared for as if they were their own. Our dogs stayed here over the holidays in a VIP suite. We provided the staff with a PDF of feeding instructions and more food than our dogs required just to be safe. We also called everyday from our vacation and were told both of our dogs were doing well. When my husband picked them up, one of our dogs had lost over 11 pounds. 11 pounds in twelve days. They handed us back the food they hadn't used which was shocking given our dog's enormous weight loss. We took our dog to the vet and were told she was malnourished. When my husband spoke to the manager the following day she apologized and told him that they had taken in too many dogs over the holidays. We were refunded our money but no one was fired and as far as we know they haven't changed their manner of doing business. I would never do business with these people again. They're not just a huge disappointment, they're dangerous. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! ABSOLUTE DISASTER Asides from a couple of employees nobody seem to give a damn about our pets.  First time boarded for a day and they totally messed up the feeding.  Apparently the front receptionist,  Lynh, put the information all wrong. They were apologetic and said it was a fluke. Second time was for 7 days. Just to make sure there're no mistakes I spent 20 minutes going over typed up instructions with Lynh and the feeding person, Jay. They both said they understood and it was clear. On the evening of the 3rd day Katie,  a very caring person, texted me at night saying she was able to feed her lunch at night because our dog didn't eat at lunchtime.  All good. EXCEPT,  she didn't have any lunch instructions as her meals ate breakfast and dinner time. Come to find out that Lynh completely messed up the input of feeding instructions and put the entire full meal for lunch instead of dinner.  Obviously after breakfast our dog wasn't hungry at lunchtime.  So at dinner she didn't get any food, for 3 nights until Katie decided to go out of her way and give her at night. Even the meals she got was only partial. Her meal instruction  fresh food plus kibble.  Well, they never gave her the kibble!!! I got the gallon size zip lock bag back and it was still full!!! Our poor dog was starved first a week, barely getting a full meal per day. We picked her up on the 20th,  and she looked thin. I weighted her st home upon arrival. In 6 nights she list 3 lbs!!! Mind you, we're out of the country on vacation,  and I had to spend hours on the phone,  calling and texting.  I spent an hour on the phone,  going over all the instructions again and found out that most all of input was incorrectly written by Lynh.  The problem is that, even after correcting everything thr feeding people still didn't follow up with the information and didn't add any kibble to her meal!!! It's not that it was hard instructions.  2 meals per day, identical amounts per meal,  and they couldn't or wouldn't even do that!!! I got their best room, costing $105 per day, added their 4 star package so she gets extra play and attention and they wouldn't even give her a proper meal!!! I asked for daily brushing so she gets more hands on pampering,  only to find out that she was brushed only 3 times instead of 6. Even then, she's got more matted hair than when I left her with them. They don't even know how to brush a dog? Fir almost the cost of a hotel room, surely this is not the service one expects.  Even during checkout Lynh didn't even bother to acknowledge her mistakes or even give a simple apology.  As I was telling her about the issues she just ignored me and looked at her screen.   Total incompetence.   As I was there another dog owner was there and was complaining that last time she picked up her dog he was covered in poop!! This time they lost the dog's collar and leash thst he had on him!!! Poor lady took the dog with a training leash. They wouldn't even give her a leash.  They took the dog to her car and took back the leash. How cheap could they be that they lost customer equipment and don't even replace it??? At this price there are so many other places. I'm never taking my pet there. This place may have been a good place but now are so busy they just don't care anymore.  Unfortunately,  even a couple of people care, it's not enough when they have several dozens of dogs in there everyday.  They're desensitized and uncaring to say the least. If you care about your loved pet enough that you take them to such expensive place, then you should care enough not to take them into this place.  Go somewhere else.  I'm sure it's not easy. But we owe it to ourselves and our pets. read more
