    My pup is new to the area and acting shy. The team has been wonderful, updating me, being patient with Rocky, helping him get more comfortable... every day I see improvement!

    MY ANGELS!!! I am PSYCHO when it comes to my dog - his haircut, his wellbeing, his nutrition (lol) and Wags 2 Whiskers makes me feel like I'm the sane one. They LOVE animals and it's apparent in everything that they do. Obviously it's a business but they treat your pet like family. I've done grooming, drops offs, day care, and boarding - every staff member is so attentive, so kind, and truly will care for and love your pet. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

    Cannot thank Carolina and Dillion enough for giving this foster a fresh start and complete makeover. They helped transform a stray into a gorgeous pup. Exceptionally kind and professional service, highly responsive, and treated this boy like a king. Would give above 5 stars if I could - thank you again!

    I love this place, my second visit and Max looks amazing!! Thank you so much , she is sooo loving and truly treats Nax with care and provides filtered water and washes with filtered water as well . This place is heaven for Max , also they are supper clean .... I love

    My experience was horrible business says publicly I was never there here's the request of deposit I'm sure I can find the bill to but I think this would Suffice that the owner is clearly lying and I did bring my pet there and they mishandled her and having been pouting and whining online instead of just saying sorry of offering to clean her how hard would it have been Yet they choose to slander my opinion with lies kick rocks kid

    We love Wags 2 Whiskers! Carolina and Dillion are very trustworthy and the sweetest people. I have a 2yo special needs (deaf) French Bulldog named Peanut and I was very nervous about taking her to daycare and boarding. I did a lot of research and chose W2W because they had a 40lb weight limit and provided very thoughtful responses when I initially called with questions. We've been taking Peanut to daycare on a weekly basis at W2W for over a year now with no issues! She is always excited and pulling when we arrive and she absolutely loves Carolina. Recently they've extended their hours to 6am to 9pm everyday of the week, which is very convenient and extensive, and their prices are very fair for the quality of care they provide. In terms of other services, we have tried overnight boarding (in a private room) a few times, and they've taken great care of Peanut. I know she's so happy playing all day and tired enough to get a full night's rest. Recently they are offering bath happy hours (Tues-Wed, 8am to 2pm) where baths are 50% off. We love getting Peanut's nails trimmed here and have definitely been taking advantage of these bath happy hours. Thank you W2W for everything! We highly recommend and will continue to take our dog here for daycare, boarding and grooming.

    I called about having my two dogs boarded and was told they don't take dogs over 40lbs... very strange for a professional pet facility.

    Used to be great! But not as of late…read more I've been bringing pets here for a decade. I used to bring my late grandpa's dogs here too (Jack & Oreo RIP). This was the place I trusted with my fur babies, and it was great, until it got weird. My eight-year-old Pomeranian has been seeing Kat since he was a puppy. Kat is the only person I trusted well enough to take care of him (and my recent rescue). Pampered Tails reached out to me in October because they could see in their system I was looking for an appointment. I thought that was nice, so I asked for Kat's availability. They told me that she doesn't work weekends (which is why I was unable to book online), but they could set me up with a different groomer. The whole reason I came here was specifically so my kids could see Kat. I started a new job, so the only time I could go lately was on the weekend. Accordingly, I waited to get my holiday office schedule, and on November 7th I made an appointment for Tuesday, December 24 at 9am with Kat (because it was available), and Pampered Tails confirmed it. On December 19 they texted me saying Kat wasn't available as scheduled, and they could offer me a different groomer. I asked for Kat's next availability. They gave me 12/30 at 10:05am, which I gladly accepted. I got an appointment confirmation text on 12/27. On 12/30 at 8:05am (yes, two hours before my appointment) I got a text saying Kat was feeling unwell, wouldn't be coming in that day, and needed to reschedule. I understood illness can come out of nowhere, so I asked for Kat's next availability. They responded with 1/14, and that's where they lost me. I had been trying in earnest to get an appointment with Kat since October; I planned so that my work schedule aligned with Kat's, I rescheduled my original appointment, and then the soonest they could get me in (after cancelling my appointment within two hours of that appointment) was another two weeks later. I could have perhaps even been consoled if they had made any sincere show of effort to get me in with Kat asap, but no. Not even so much as "we will call if any of her appointments cancel." It would have been great for them to proactively try to accommodate my twice-rescheduled appointment with Kat sooner than two weeks later, but they didn't. I'm certainly left with the impression that Pampered Tails doesn't want my business, or wanted to steer me away from Kat, or both. In all cases it's too bad because I liked (and more importantly) trusted them for years, but after this, I give up. Your turn - if you can get an appointment.
