Their website says they have been in business since 1994 but not one customer had anything nice to say about them in 25 years? Red flags? Of all of the things any business can do to undo and erase every penny they spent on advertising, every minute they spent schmoozing clients over a cold beer, every glowing press release they spun off to the media it all boils down to one thing - how do they treat their customers. And in my business the number one unbending rule has always been that you must always, always, always return phone calls and answer correspondence. Those are the only physical pieces of tangible evidence a customer has that you are serious about being in business. I waited a day, then a few days, then a week before I sat down and considered my review of Valley Wide Awnings and why I would rate them unacceptable. The reason? I handed Mark the opportunity on a silver platter to earn my business by contacting him for a quote ... and he ignored me. I'm not going to beg him to take my money, there are many legitimate businesses in this area who install awnings. I did business one time with Valley Wide but they wouldn't do business with me.

Antar was referred to me a while back and he's impressed me every time. Whether it's for work or one of my crazy ideas, he's never let me down. I called the store and Antar was so incredibly nice and even though I needed less shirts than his normal minimum, he let me know what he could do and the pricing was BY FAR more affordable than MANY other places.
