I'm not kidding when I say I looked at, spoke with, visited, called and emailed at least 8 different companies in the valley. Ray's stood out to me above all the rest, as the staff is extremely friendly and the prices are great! They got back to emails within a couple of hours instead of days (one company too 13 days to get me a quote). If you need things done these guys ROCK!!

I have been a customer of Ray's Printing for over 14 years and they seem to have taken the attitude…read morethat they are too good to answer the phone and provide superior customer service these days. You call Ray's Printing and they even say that they PREFER TO COMMUNICATE BY E-MAIL. Well today for example I tried to find out the status of a sign order I have with them. I have left 3 voice mails and still 3 hours later have not heard from them. I no longer have Ray's Printing handle my printing jobs and now I will never do business with them for my signs. Ray, go ahead and communicate by e-mail. SERVICE is not e-mail communication, sorry. A legacy will only last so long after experiences like you expressing that customers should communicate ONLY via e-mail. Thank god for Vista Print! Lower Prices, Faster Service and you can talk to a REAL person about the status of an order! AVOID Ray's Printing! THIS IS MY PERSONAL FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE!
