I tried to do a touch up and redo my experience from my last conversation from my last review. I am always up for updating a bad experience and making it a better experience. I always feel, give a business at least a second chance because you never know maybe they are 1) having a bad day 2) has language barrier and didn't explain themselves better 3) maybe there was a misunderstanding. Whatever the case is, I always give businesses at least a second chance. I contacted the owner and from my last experience (my first appt she wasn't very clear when asked about Maintanence after microblading. She does a natural and lovely job. But due to her lack of English (which is fine.., but if you can 't clearly tell your clients your policy to a T and than when a client tries to book again, you tell your client "no, it's past the 12 months" (which again I was only 2-3 wks past and it was very clearly conveyed to me that she was strict with her time line) and she was going to charge me an extra $50. If I knew that she was going to be so strict she should specify very clearly. I decide I did not to go right away since I was going to be charge for a 12-24 months service of touch up, so I decided to wait (plus I knew at some point this yr I was going to get an eye surgery). Fast forward to current time. I tried to book and she was offended by my review and canceled my appt and screen shot my review. As a business owner, when you have a bad review, wouldn't you try to work with your client who not only had a bad experience but sent you 2 referrals, to rectify it? I would try to work with this client and change that 1 bad experience, instead of just cancelling on the client. This is such bad customer service and not only did she lose me but also my friends who I sent will not be going to her either. This is bad business model for her small business. My friends also specified when she asked about her maintenance she wasn't very clear and due to her lack of English she didn't understand my friend. So if you do go to her, be very specific on what her policy is because you will be up charged and she might even cancel on you if you try to communicate with her. She does not like clients to communicate with her if it's not a happy review. That's too bad... her work is great, but, she needs to work on her customer service. There are a dime a dozen microbladers and you have enough bad reviews your business will go down. Especially when inflation such as today's world, luxury is the first thing that goes and you can't lose business at times like today. I guess she's so busy that she doesn't care about reviews or bad customer service. read more

I was hesitant at first to get my eyebrows done. I've seen so many bad jobs and then I didn't want them to be super dark or overdrawn like costume makeup. Fumie put all of my fears at ease.
