From the very start of my experience with FH Carpet Cleaning, they were nothing short of attentive and helpful. I have a 12' x 18' Chinese carved wool area rug that has been in my family for years. We decided that it was time to get it cleaned again, as well as possibly find someone who could repair it as it had started to fray on two sides. I sent out messages on Yelp to a number of different rug cleaners who gave me ranging prices per square foot and were very vague as to how much the repairs might be (if they could do it at all). When I got in contact with Francisco, he didn't beat around the bush what so ever, he got straight to the point and said he'd love to come out at no charge to take a look at the rug and we could go from there in regards to what it would cost since he'd be able to get a much more clear idea of the extent of the repairs. Francisco and his wife Susana stopped by my home, we talked about the other prices I had been given for both cleaning by itself and repair as well. He assured me that he could get the repairs done at a reasonable price and not only that he would take the rug right then and there. I wanted to have the damaged sides bound or serged, which ever could be done at a reasonable price. He also told me it could take up to 10 days to have both the cleaning and repairs done. This was on Monday the 29th that I sent my rug off on its journey. They got it done by Saturday the 3rd! The rug looks amazing, they did such a good job on the repairs and cleaning as well. I would 10/10 recommend these folks to friends and family for any carpet/rug cleaning needs. read more
