We have an area rug which was in need of a cleaning. We went to Yelp and found a well advertised rug cleaner. Upon arrival the truck had no name on it. It was just a white van. When asked, we were told they are a sub contractor for the other, well known company. I should have turned them away then. Unfortunately I didn't and when the cleaning was done, I pointed out some flaws and he claimed it was because it was wet and to call him if there was a problem call them back. We called, left a message and never heard back. Learning from our first mistake, my wife went back to Yelp and this time didn't waste her time looking for the well advertised company and instead started reading reviews. She came across FH carpet leaning and called and spoke to Francisco. He showed up on time, was very professional and eager to please. When he started cleaning area rug, I could immediately tell the difference. I highly recommend Francisco, who is the owner of the company, not a sub. We like to get our carpet cleaned at least once a year and it had been a while since we cleaned our couches. I reached out to Francisco for a quote and he was prompt with his response. Francisco was the first one to respond to my quote requests and I highly appreciate it due to my short notice kind of situation. He answered all my questions on the phone beforehand and we also made sure that my kitchen faucet is able to hook up to their hose. With his partner Jose around, we were able to clean the carpets in a timely manner. They were also able to do stain removal in my high traffic areas with extra scrubbing. They followed all our instructions but also gave us precautions about putting back furniture too quickly. They were very cooperative in helping us make sure our cats were properly placed during the whole procedure moving them from one room carefully to the next. Francisco n assistant shampooed our rug this week. The workmanship and results were satisfactory. However there was three spots which were not be removed? They did notify us , however he did not mention if he could offer a fix or what could be done? Just said they were permanent stains?
